Ramada by Wyndham Jeju City Hall

It rained heavily on our first day here. From my window, I could see the sea towards the airport. The room was very clean and incredibly quiet. The location is also very convenient; the Jeju District Court bus stop is right outside, offering a direct bus to the airport. My only complaint is that the breakfast selection wasn't very diverse; I had the same kimchi for all four meals. I can't wait to get back to China for some fresh green vegetables!

The hotel is located 7km from the airport and 5km from Jiankang Road. There are various small shops nearby, which is very convenient.

The room is very spacious, with a large living room and sofa, and it's also very clean. Having two bathrooms is perfect for families or friends traveling together, so no one has to fight over the toilet.

The triple room was just right for me and my kids. The room wasn't big, but it was clean, although the soundproofing wasn't great. They provided three bottles of water daily, and breakfast was pretty good. The front desk staff didn't speak much Chinese, but they could help with calling a taxi. The bus stop right outside the hotel made it convenient to get to Qixing Road, Dongmen Market, Baojian Road, and the airport. It's a bit far out, in what feels like an older part of town, and there aren't many people walking around at night. The main restaurant area is about a two-stop walk away. There's a convenient 7-Eleven downstairs and a coffee shop next door.

Both rooms had an indescribably awful stench. I didn't dare tell my wife that night, but in the morning, I asked her if it could be the smell of a decomposing body. Anyway, it was a very uncomfortable stay.

I booked a suite with a sofa, two beds, and two bathrooms. The trash can was tiny, about the size of a hat, or even smaller. The bedding was just okay, and the bathrooms were very small. It was basically a connecting room with two doors. There's a bus stop just 20 meters from the entrance. Downstairs there's a fried chicken place, and a supermarket next door. Lots of Chinese tourists and tour groups, so it's very lively. It's convenient for daily life and safe to walk at night!

The sea view is absolutely stunning, the location is convenient, and the service is excellent – definitely my top choice for accommodation in Jeju! It's clean and comfortable, and right outside the hotel, you'll find a bustling commercial area, making it a lazy vacation-friendly hotel. The beds are comfortable, the views are beautiful, and the food is delicious. Our whole family had a comfortable stay and we are very satisfied. I highly recommend it for families with children!

The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and the staff are polite and helpful. However, the hotel overall feels quite old, with the room decor, furniture, bathroom, and facilities all showing their age. I'd recommend a renovation. It's acceptable for just one night, but for the price, I would have expected more. Overall it's decent, but definitely needs an upgrade.
