Maison Glad Jeju

The rooms were luxurious, with two separate bedrooms and three bathrooms, which was excellent. There was even a massage chair. The most impressive thing was a large automatic ironing machine – you just hang your clothes and it irons them automatically!

Great location, very convenient. The room was spacious and not damp. Front desk service was also good.

Great downtown location, right across from Shilla Duty Free. Everything you need is nearby. This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Jeju. My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the room is a bit weak; I hope they can improve it.

This hotel is really old and dated. The breakfast was mostly pre-made, like pre-packaged pastries and processed meats, and there wasn't much to choose from. It felt like the kind of breakfast you'd get at a budget motel in China. The room was just okay for a quick sleep, and the location was decent, but honestly, everything else was pretty mediocre.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Shilla Duty-Free and conveniently close to Baojian Road Pedestrian Street, perfect for city walks and shopping. The lobby offers free luggage storage. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. Breakfast was decent. As for the pool and other facilities, well, you get what you pay for.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from Shilla Duty Free and very close to the Baojian Road pedestrian street. You can easily walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants. There's also an 'About Coffee' shop next door, which is quite charming. It's super convenient to get to Emart and the Hyatt. Overall, a fantastic stay!

The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable, so I had a good rest. The staff were friendly and the hotel was well-maintained overall, which I was very satisfied with. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around. I would definitely want to stay here again if I visit the area in the future.

The location is fantastic, directly opposite Shilla Duty Free Shop, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The only downside is that everything costs extra. I can accept paying for the pool, but this is the first hotel I've encountered that charges for a toothbrush.

Arriving on a rainy day, staff immediately greeted us, opening the car door and helping with luggage. They even escorted us to our room after check-in. Even when we didn't tip upon departure, they still had a smile, which was really nice. The view from the window was the parking lot, but the hotel exterior looked quite grand and upscale. The room amenities were a bit basic and can't compare to similarly priced hotels back home, but for Jeju Island, it was acceptable. The bedding wasn't very comfortable, but I still fell asleep instantly due to how tired I was from the day's activities. The location is extremely convenient; Shilla Duty-Free, a pharmacy, and various restaurants are right downstairs. Getting a taxi to go anywhere was also very easy. Overall, it was a decent stay.
