"The room is larger than expected and comfortable.
The location is close to the airport and there are many places to visit nearby.
Geographically it's okay"
"If you arrived on a late flight and are planning to spend your vacation in a remote area from the airport, you have a car, but you are too lazy to drive for an hour - this hotel can be a good place to rest and recharge your batteries.
That's what we did. We arrived at 9 pm, had dinner near the car rental and checked into this hotel.
Don't have high expectations.
It's obvious that the hotel is old.
Many doors creak.
There is nothing nearby, it will be difficult without a car.
But it is quite quiet and cozy, there is a lot of greenery and a beautiful garden around.
We couldn't walk around because of the rain, but I don't think there is much to see.
You can also order Korean barbecue there, about 25,000 won per person, we didn't use it.
On the way, if you go towards Seoggypo, there are many restaurants and cafes, so you can have a snack after checking out.
We had a small room:
— double bed
— refrigerator
— hanger
— TV
— shower, but quite old.
— shampoo and shower gel
— hair dryer
— towels
The hotel does not provide robes or toothbrushes.
It is also better to take personal hygiene products with you."
"Convenient location, off the main road although the Korean name of Hotel is more prominent than the English one. Nice exterior lightings. Clean and spacious room.
Enjoyed the black pork and beef BBQ diagonally across hotel."

"2 of the man in charge of the front desk were unfriendly and looking fierce when we checked in. Upon checking out on the4th morning, we tried to ask them to assist in getting a taxi as I we have an early flight which they were reluctant. However, they complied but shouted at us to sit tight while he called for a taxi. This was uncalled for. Will never stay again even if the offer is free."
"I recently stayed at LOTTE City Hotel Jeju and while there were some positives, I left feeling a bit underwhelmed.
Firstly, the location is fantastic, with stunning views that truly enhance the experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.
However, I was disappointed to find that most facilities come with an extra charge. This made my stay feel less value for money, especially considering the overall cost. Additionally, I encountered an issue with early check-in. Even though my room was available, I was required to pay a fee to check in early, which felt unnecessary and frustrating.
Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the additional charges and policies detracted from the experience. I would recommend exploring other options that offer better value for money."
"The hotel is very close to the airport, it has a lot of good Korean bbq restaurants nearby and you can leave your luggage here. Furthermore, the hotel was very clean and the staff were all friendly. Our kids loved the indoor swimming pool here. If we come to Jeju again, we would stay here again. Thank you!!"
"Even though the area wasn't super busy, it was still close enough to the shopping street and duty-free shops, which was handy. It was also quiet at night, so we could sleep well.
The room was clean and a good size, with a huge double bed that was perfect for couples. The people at the front desk were really nice and helpful. They helped us a lot, like getting back things we left at another hotel and printing papers for us. We really appreciated their help.
Overall, I would definitely think about staying at this hotel again in the future."
"This hotel was in a relatively good location. On the bus from the airport it took maybe 1 hour 20 minutes to get there. And then we walked to the beaches near by. There are little restaurants and coffee shops along the way. We did use the roof top pool, it was nice to have a pool option because unfortunately it rained a couple days while we were there. It had a nice view. Communication with the front desk was a little hard since we don’t speak the language, but that would probably be the case in most hotels."
"The sea view is really nice and it feels like a hotel in a famous Southeast Asian resort.
The location is a bit remote, so there is a distance from nearby restaurants."

AAnonymous UserWonderful experience staying at Jeju Ollero for three nights! The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and the unit was very well-kept with an amazing sea view. McDonalds and Lotteria were a stone's throw away. Taking public transport (bus) around took some time to navigate using Kakao app or Naver map, but overall it was very doable. Highly recommended for tourists who appreciate a leisurely homestay!

AAnonymous UserFor the hotel this price, I don't really expect about the service quality, but here is below my expectation. I went there with my Chinese friends, so I'm not sure if they had any service attitude towards Chinese or not. However, the room condition is nice as well as the location. You need to take off your shoes before going to the room; it's understandable anyway. But yeah.. just about the service. Hope it can be improved.

DDanielThe hotel is in a great location with a shopping district nearby. The room size was about right for a family. Housekeeping staff are polite whenever we encounter them. The not so good things would be the carpark. It's very cramped and if we are back late, there won't be lots around. Luckily the hotel has parking attendants around to guide.
The other unpleasant experience would be with the breakfast bar. Apparently if we are late and still around after the opening hours, we will have eyes staring at us while we are eating.
Overall comfortable stay but the experience with some of the staff was better.

GGuest UserThe landlady, though couldn't speak even a single Engish word, was really friendly and supportive. The room and public amenities were all very clean and spacious. It's located in the center of Jeju city, 15 mins by bus from Jeju international airport, and you can find it right on the big road. You can walk to the markets, shopping malls, and lighthouses nearby. Really worth the money.

SSteve in JejuA Wonderful Stay at Hotel Champion in Jeju City! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Champion in Jeju City, and I can’t praise this place enough! From the moment I arrived, the exceptional staff made me feel welcome and valued. Their kindness and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart, making my stay all the more enjoyable. Speaking of the rooms, they are not only spotlessly clean but also wonderfully comfortable—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful island! When it comes to value for money, Hotel Champion excels. The amenities provided, including a powerful shower and a kettle for brewing my morning coffee, made my stay incredibly enjoyable without breaking the bank.
