Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Upon entering, the concierge was attentive and provided the necessary service and guidance. The lobby was splendid and looks to be a grand hotel in its early days. It looks real good now and didn’t regret booking it. The room is a little aged but has the necessary amenities. But basically everything is charged so pay attention to amenities in the room for what is free and what you have to additionally pay. We had the balcony room which faces the sea. Love it to relax and got some good videos of the airplanes leaving Jeju airport. Though you can hear the planes from the room, it wasn’t noisy and quite soothing. Then again, I was totally tired and slept like a baby. Would totally recommend the hotel but don’t expect much. Location is easy to walk to the market, about a good 15mins walk.

It is a place I often go to recently on business trips. When I came in December, Chris Mastree was also made in the lobby. ㅎㅎㅎ The airport is close and the city center is so good. The front desk staff are so friendly and especially the female staff are very friendly ㅎㅎ A little I checked late, so please contact me in advance and check if the schedule has changed. I will use it next time.

We stayed in a standard twin room for 3 nights. The sink was spacious and the water area was clean, and the room had enough room to spread out two suitcases. I was also happy that there was a lot of storage space. There are also quite a few power outlets. However, I was worried that I didn't know how to operate the TV and could only see one channel lol. There were staff members who could speak Japanese, and everyone served customers courteously. I think the location is very convenient as there are many food restaurants in the area and there is an e-mart within a 10 minute walk. Please note that this e-mart or the nearby Lotte Hotel are the only machines available to charge your WOWPass in Jeju City!

Hotel is rather rigid with check-in time. Strictly 3pm, not even 10mins earlier. The sound barrier is bad - could hear thunder footsteps and shifting of furniture from above every night, and people talking as they walk past the rooms. Stayed 5 nights, no fresh bedsheets was changed throughout. Overall stay was okay. Nothing spectacular to compliment about, but I’ll choose to stay in another hotel next time.

Great location with lots of restaurants and convenient stores. Hotel level 2 have big 7-eleven that operates 24hour. Our double room is spacious and have bath tub! Bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so it is very accessible via public buses. It is only 4 public bus stops from Jeju Airport. There is direct bus to dongmun market, where you can shop till you drop and eat to the fullest. Loved it!

Plus points: The hotel is pretty near to the airport, check-in was easy and the ladies at concierge were very friendly. They have microwave and smart drink dispenser in the lobby which makes it really convenient to heat up food or grab a morning coffee. Not so great points: We booked the room with ocean view but it’s more of a pocket ocean view, the view was more of buildings. There is only one lift for the whole hotel so it takes a while to get from level to level. When I requested help from the counter, the male staff‘S tone was v condescending which wasn’t the nicest :( We also put up the sign to make-up our room but when we got back…. Our room wasn’t tidied up and the rubbish was not cleared which was a little disappointing.

The check-in experience was very smooth. I checked in at 3 a.m. on the 6th and there was someone at the front desk. She was an aunt. She handed my passport directly to the aunt and gave you a key. The first night I stayed in Room 201 on the second floor. There was something wrong with the sink. Water flowing from the top would flow out from below and then to the floor drain. The pillow feels a little stained There is hot water and there are enough outlets in the room A bit like a domestic guest house, the price is worthy of the environment On the last night, I had to go to the airport at 5 o'clock in the morning, so I chose to stay here again. The friendly uncle who greeted me was a very nice person and would explain a lot to you. I checked out at around 5 o'clock. I marked it with papago and asked for help. For a car, the aunt at the front desk will call the taxi driver and he will rent it out in 10 minutes. It is very convenient. Since it is a night order, you need to pay the driver an extra 1,000-2,000 won, and then drive to the international airport in 10 minutes. The surrounding area is quite convenient. Convenience stores such as GS25 are not far away. It is just a place to spend the night. I spend most of my time outside looking at the scenery.

Staying experience is great. Front desk staff was very helpful when I asked for directions. Housekeeper was quick to take action when I told her (when I met her at my room door after returning from breakfast) my room do not need to be cleaned and immediate she gave me some towels and drinking water. Had buffet dinner on 9 and 11 Feb at the hotel’s 2nd floor. It will be nice if the restaurant changes their buffet food options to make it more interesting. I had the same set of food for the 2 evening. As I have booked a sea view room, the view was great! Location of hotel is within walking distance to e-mart, pharmacy, McDonald’s, Black Pig Street, underground shopping mall, Jeju Dongmun Market and others. There are lots of taxis near the hotel, if not at the back of it near the main road for you to travel around. In conclusion, my stay was great and no regrets choosing this hotel and will return next time.

Good for a walk along the coastal bike path There is ample parking for about 10 cars and charging space for 2 electric vehicles. If you arrive late and the parking lot is full, you can park on the shoulder of the street directly below. A heated pool during the day and night, great for enjoying time when you don't have a schedule. Great location, comfortable stay and has a lot of parking space. Lots of shopping and eateries nearby and it’s also close to airport. The building and furniture are a little old showing signs of wear and tear but room was clean and well kept. Staff were not too friendly when asked for an earlier check in or for recommendations on places to eat nearby. When asked for a quiet room, they gave me a room right next to a massive construction site (see photo) which is an eyesore. So I asked for a change of rooms and staff accommodated. Generally in line with expectations of a Shilla Stay Hotel and will come back due to its location.

The hotel has a strategic location. You can go shopping on Sanjian Road and eat all kinds of things when you go out. The room is relatively large and the facilities are simple. The screen window in the bathroom is broken. The handheld showerhead holder that was exposed to rain is so loose that it is impossible to put the showerhead on the holder to take a shower because the handle will fall off when the water is boiled. Hope the hotel can check the facilities promptly. The air outlet of the air conditioner is relatively dirty, with a lot of lint accumulated, causing a sour and damp smell that has not been cleaned for a long time when the air conditioner is turned on. This is not good for your health. The waiters are all older aunts. They are very polite and enthusiastic, and will come to you as soon as possible if you need them. This is great! Overall, it’s okay to live here!

Location: Good location, in the living circle of New Jeju City. There is a fascinating fake w hotel next to it. The whole street seems to have a lot of shops but they are not very popular. I don't know if it is because of the low season or Jeju is really sluggish. Hotel environment and facilities: Generally speaking, it is good, relatively clean, with slippers (not disposable), toiletries, toothbrush and toothpaste (new ones every day). There is floor heating in the room, and the temperature can be adjusted by yourself. There were not many people when we lived, so it was quiet. There are some Korean guests staying in the hotel Service: The front desk service attitude is good, answer all questions. When I don’t understand Chinese, I will call my aunt who understands Chinese to come down to help translate.

The studio room is good and clean, location is nice, accessible to malls, restaurants, 20mins to airport, can take bus from the bus station located in front of Shilla hotel just 3mins walk from the hotel. Ocean can be seen from the balcony. Overall not bad despite the parking issue and also difficult to locate when you are first time here.

Because the experience is very good, all five-star reviews. The lady at the front desk speaks English very well and can communicate via WeChat after checking in. The B&B is right next to the Shilla Duty Free Shop, within a five-minute walk. Opposite is the Hi Jeju souvenir shop, and buying souvenirs is quick. There are Asian Pharmacies, Compose Cafe nearby, a 7-11 convenience store downstairs, and the bus station is not far away. At least I think the hygiene is very good. The bathroom is also separated from dry and wet areas. The heating is very sufficient in winter. You can take off your coat when entering the room. Equipped with a washing machine, curling iron, and hair dryer. The picture was taken while traveling in Jeju Island. I am very satisfied with this trip. Rime and sea, good reviews! ❤️

The Grand Hyatt is a relatively large hotel in Jeju City. The overall experience of my stay this time was pretty good. The rooms are large, the floors are high, and the view is very good. I really want to take a dip in the hotel's outdoor hot spring pool, but we are too lazy to just take a look. There was a crowd in the hotel and there were not many people. The location is okay. There are several large supermarkets next to it. It is more than ten minutes away from Lotte Duty Free and Shilla. It is very convenient. Unfortunately, we only slept in the hotel when we left early and returned late [face covering]. There were no guests waiting to rest in the hotel lobby. As for seats, if you want to sit for a while after checking out before going to the airport, you can only go to the paid area and hotel lounge. If it is improved, the experience will be better.

Even though it was a blur that I came from where I didn't take care of my guests, you didn't remember properly, and you didn't know the procedure to use it, and you asked us what to do. Every day, the staff and the users are different, whatever and where.
