My stay was very satisfying. The first thing you notice is the incredibly spacious and grand lobby, which gives the impression of a large hotel with numerous floors. Right at the entrance, there's a self-service check-in machine, but you can also easily get help from the staff. They could communicate in basic English, although they didn't seem to speak much Chinese. The entire check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. My room was very quiet and the environment was spotless. During my two-day stay, the room was cleaned, and housekeeping did a great job.
