Holland Hotel Free Parking Jersey City

The Holland Hotel is perfectly located at the mouth of the Holland Tunnel, which is probably why it is so expensive for a place that is aged, has no elevator and offers a small continental breakfast as a selling point. The parking was nice and convenient for coming and going, although the traffic around the hotel never really stops because of the tunnel. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. No bed bugs. As mentioned, it is an older facility so that is what the room showed. We booked for one night for a place to lay our head before a cruise. It was a convenient place to sleep, shower and leave. I have an issue going up and down stairs so the only serious negative was no elevator and all the rooms on the main floor were already booked/taken. But choosing a room in the lower level seemed to be more convenient for me because the stairs at the end of the hall were a short flight that went to a door that headed out into the parking lot where the ADA spots are which is where I parked.

Hard to beat location: close to food, grocery store, subway, easy travel to NYC. Spacious free parking space.

Friendly receiptionist. Good location to Newport the shopping mall, to Path train, the light train too!

The location of this hotel is great and it has all the things required for travellers visiting NY city.

This place is a hidden gem. It is very close to Newport station and takes less than an hour to reach main attractions in NYC. When we checked in, Harry was extremely helpful. He not only greeted us well and, but also came out of his desk to show us the path to go to Newport station. He also shared a guide map copy of the location. Breakfast is in downstairs in front of reception with 4 seating inside and more outside patio.There is couple of sweets options with juices, yogurt, coffees and fruits. If you are visiting from UK, you might find portion size is a bit big. The room is quite spacious. We took a king room. Although housekeeping is on request, they cleaned our room on the second day, which we were not prepared for.
