I had a disappointing experience at the reception. The lady at the front desk was quite rude and didn’t communicate properly. She quoted a different rate over the phone, and when I pointed out that the online rate was the same as what I mentioned, she simply told me to book online. This kind of service is very unprofessional and frustrating. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

The hotel is located 4 minutes from the Path station, a train that takes you to the Oculus in 10 minutes. The location is excellent for those who want to visit New York and save a lot of money. The rooms have heating, hot water, and a large bathroom. A hairdryer and bath soap are included. A large bed, wardrobe, microwave, and refrigerator are included. The area is nice; it feels like you're in India, and it's quiet after 10 p.m. There are fast food restaurants and Starbucks within 500 meters, right where you catch the Path train. The price is excellent for value! I highly recommend it.
