The pool is very dirty, looks like they didn't clean it for a long time. I was disgussed to enter it. The bathroom was dirty and old, tte shower door was broken and they said that nothing can be done because the hotel is old and all the rooms are the same. Staying doesn't worth the money.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel.  The service is great and the food was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel for people visiting Jerusalem

Very good service. Breakfast that came with the room was great. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed could have been firmer.

Breakfast was excellent and varied It's a shame they charged us 18% VAT even though the website stated there were no additional charges! The hotel claimed it was because of Israeli citizenship. And the website did not mention that there would be an additional charge

The price of the hotel does not correspond to the level. Repair, furniture, everything from the last century, everything is worn and torn. The bathroom is as if you got into the 90s.
