Aufgerissener Fußboden auf Etagenflur.
Im Zimmer vergessene Sportschuhe wurden nicht "gefunden".
Zimmer unterm Dach bei starker Sonneneinstrahlung unangenehm warm.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und sehr komfortabel eingerichtet perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag.
Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es leider zu einem unerwarteten Wasserschaden im Zimmer. Doch was wirklich beeindruckend war: Die Situation wurde vom Hotelmanagement absolut souverän und professionell gehandhabt. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit wurde eine Lösung gefunden, wir bekamen ein neues Zimmer und man kümmerte sich freundlich, transparent und aufmerksam um alles Notwendige.
Das Team vor Ort war zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereit und herzlich wir fühlten uns trotz des Zwischenfalls sehr gut aufgehoben. Gerade in solchen Momenten zeigt sich, wie gut ein Hotel wirklich geführt wird, und hier kann ich nur sagen: Hervorragend!
Ein großes Lob an das Management, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Good for business
Entrance is a little dated but it looks like they have been and are maybe still renovating the rooms. I stayed in a modern comfortable room and slept well. The staff were very friendly and helpful would stay again when in the area

Badezimmer / Dusche zu klein, Stand eine Kaffee machine aber kein Kaffee auf nachfrage sollte diese machine schon weg sein und damit kein Kaffee auf den Zimmer.
Mini bar gefüllt und Getränken drin waren gratis, Frühstück war gut.
