Horrible maintenance. The rooms weren’t properly cleaned, the washroom was dirty, looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly in weeks. There was a constant foul smell. The bedsheets and curtains were stained and torn at multiple places. There was a group of school boys who were creating a ruckus in the hallway, fighting, shouting, banging doors, and playing loud music with their rooms open but the management didn’t get that under control till we called them multiple times and then went downstairs at the reception to complain personally at 11 in the night. We had initially booked it for 2 nights, but cancel-led and went to a different hotel on 2nd day because this place was unbearable.
