Four Points By Sheraton Ji'an

The hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located near the scenic area, just a 5-minute walk away. The surroundings were very quiet, and the breakfast was abundant. Xiao Kang at the front desk was very welcoming and processed our check-in quickly!

Arrived late at night but was still able to check in. The hotel is quite new, and the room facilities are good, just a bit small. It's a convenient location for driving to various places, and the underground parking is a big plus. Special shout-out to Xiao Wei for the excellent service!

This hotel is excellent! It's clean and hygienic. I stayed in a lake view room, and the expansive view was beautiful both day and night. The breakfast was plentiful, and the ingredients were fresh and clean – absolutely fantastic! The service was also great. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The location is great, right across from a scenic spot, perfect for morning strolls and evening walks. The parking lot is spacious, and the hygiene is good. Room facilities are also nice, making it convenient for driving to nearby attractions. They even upgraded our room! However, there was a persistent low humming sound from outside the window at night. When I mentioned it at checkout, they said it was the air conditioner's outdoor unit. My question is, why was the noise from the outdoor unit so loud? I hope they can improve this!

The environment here is pretty good, and the front desk staff, especially Xiao Wei, has a great work attitude. The breakfast, in particular, is incredibly rich and varied.

The facilities are brand new and the service is very welcoming. The location is great, with plenty of food options right behind the hotel. The mattress and bedding are excellent, I fell asleep even faster than at home. Front desk staff Xiao Qi (or 'the staff at the front desk' if the name isn't critical to preserve) responded promptly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

This hotel is located right next to a park, offering great surroundings and facilities. They're responsive to guest requests, and the convenient transportation makes it easy to visit various city attractions.

Seriously, it was such a great experience. Every little detail showed thoughtfulness and warmth! The front desk staff, especially Xiao Peng, was so patient, professional, and polite in serving us. We'll definitely stay at Sheraton again next time.
