"Stay one more day. I made a special trip from Beijing to Jiamusi to see the city where my parents lived and worked all their lives. The location of the hotel is very good and the hotel facilities are very good. However, the vehicles on the road keep honking, which affects the staying experience. Such a nice hotel, such a comfortable room, was disturbed by the sound of the horn. I originally planned to stay for three days and made a reservation, but I had no choice but to check out today. I really didn’t want to hear the sound of the horn anymore and leave the city. Thanks to Ms. Zhou Xiaoying at the front desk for her warm and attentive reception and arrangements. The standard service of the hotel staff left a deep impression on us. Thank you."

"I usually choose Atour when traveling now because the service is reliable and the breakfast is good, but I wasn't very satisfied with this time. The main issues were the excessive packaging; the bread was placed in a drawer made of a combination of glass and wood, which looked hygienic but was actually more likely to harbor bacteria, making it unappetizing. The coffee machine was also broken, so I couldn't get any. The linens were well-sealed to prevent secondary contamination. The service was good; they even gave me two bottles of mineral water before I left. I hope they can do better."
