優點：夜間水果和甜湯服務不錯，上網速度挺好的
缺點：隔音效果是真的很不好，24：40隔壁的打牌聲音還很歡快，走道説話聲音也很大聲，洗澡出熱水時間慢，水不夠大

前台小姐姐很有禮貌，温馨告知事項提醒， 衞生乾淨舒服，晚上睡覺很安靜不影響，窗外夜景很美，推薦住高點，下次還會再來。贈送的甜點爆贊👍

第一次去建甌，在攜程上搜尋了一下看到這家酒店有四星，23年開業，應該還不錯！不到房間大失所望，標註着28平方結果房間很小，衹有18-20左右，不相符！衞生更是差的一塌糊塗，所謂的智能衹不過是馬桶上加了一圈！標註着有洗衣房，結果連洗衣機都沒有，本身就是奔着設施去的，結果什麼都沒有，酒店也沒給出任何説法，服務態度非常差！送的果盤水果也不新鮮！還不如不送，影響心情，還不如一百塊錢的賓館
