After much deliberation, I feel that I need to make an objective and fair evaluation. The space in one room is still large enough, and the space has a Japanese feel; the public area is only the bistro downstairs; I think it is okay for people who are not willing to interact with others; but if you want a public space Yes, that's a little worse. The summer price of 1,500 is a bit high, and the price/performance ratio is average. Although breakfast, afternoon tea and a meal of mushroom soup are included, I would like to say that the cooking skills of the host are really average. The rice noodles for breakfast were really not delicious. Afternoon tea is a sandwich with sour plum soup. The mushroom soup feels like it uses the cheapest mushrooms. There are more than 100 people in town who can have a good meal. So it would be more reasonable if the price is 1,000. It can be seen that the homeowner wants to do a good job and is quite enthusiastic, but I think this should be successful in the long run. So if you have requirements for food, public space, and services, it is better not to choose a room; but if you want to be in a strange environment without being disturbed, I think it is okay.

The supplies in the room are all good, and you can make tea. The location is also OK, very close to Yujin Bridge and the ancient city gate. It's just a bit cold in winter, and it's our fault that we didn't know there was an electric blanket. The cost performance is not very high. In addition, the transportation in Shaxi Ancient Town is not good, and the roads inside are too narrow, which is not very friendly for self-driving tours.

Living in such a scenery every day really heals me. Yujin Bridge is right outside the door, and it is very convenient to walk into the ancient town every day. The room is really warm during the day, and the light is super good. I really don't want to go back to Shaxi after coming from Shanghai. The boss is also very nice. I brought my parents with me and lived very comfortably. It was a happy few days. I will come back to Shaxi if I have the chance

The room has a beautiful view and is comfortable and cozy. The afternoon tea and breakfast are delicious. The owner and the owner's wife are very welcoming. The B&B is conveniently located, very close to the ancient town, and can be reached in two minutes on foot.

The view of the distant mountains is simply too beautiful. There are three glass windows, and tea is boiled on the tatami. The boss sent lychees, peaches, and apples, which is great. The room is close to the riverside fields, and there are two or three small flying insects, but my wife and I found the fun of electric mosquito swatters, which is so fun. My wife said that the braised pork rice noodles for breakfast were so delicious. The porridge I ate, with spicy fermented bean curd, was also a taste I had never tasted before, which was great. It is also very convenient for the homestay to get to the ancient town. You will reach the "One Tree" in the ancient town when you go up the slope. The ancient town is indeed more interesting than the Dali Ancient Town. There are fewer people and it is quiet, but it is not friendly to people with suitcases. The road is too difficult to walk. Fortunately, the boss and the boss's wife helped. 👍. Because we had to take a taxi back to Dali to take the high-speed rail the next day, it was still difficult to call a Didi in the ancient town, and we couldn't call it at all... Fortunately, the boss helped to contact the car... The driver took us to the newly opened Niusha Highway, OMG, the winding mountain road, it was so beautiful, with the highest altitude of about 2,800, passing by the Haixi Sea Reservoir (I think that's the name). Occasionally you'll run into people herding cattle and sheep on this road, haha, it's so interesting. There are one or two places with particularly beautiful scenery on the road, where you can park on the side of the road, and there are those coffee trucks, so you can stop if you drive yourself. Pay special attention to the falling rocks on both sides. There are many places where the fallen rocks and mud occupy the road. Fortunately, the driver is very experienced and often drives this road. Friends who drive themselves should drive slowly if they are not familiar with the road conditions.

The room is very beautiful, spacious, bright and clean. The mattress is very comfortable. The owner also thoughtfully helped to arrange it, prepared afternoon tea, and enthusiastically helped to book a car and gave travel tips. The B&B is very quiet, and it takes only a few minutes to walk to Yujin Bridge. The location is great ~ I will stay here again next time.
