"This hotel has so many positives; if it's your first time in Qiandao Lake, it's practically a must-stay. 1. The pet park is on a hill with a great environment, offering lake views. 2. We were upgraded to a lake-view room. 3. They gave us welcome gifts for both adults and children, which was a very nice touch. 4. The hotel offers cycling activities, perfect for a relaxed time. 5. We received complimentary tickets to the Botanical Garden, which is currently the most popular attraction in Qiandao Lake. 6. The hotel's observation deck is beautiful, comparable to Bali. 7. The breakfast offered some local delicacies, but there's still room for improvement in quality. 8. The hotel's 'Hundred Family Surnames' cultural theme is very unique and worth experiencing. 9. The pool provides free swimming rings for children, and it's also a lake-view pool. 10. The butler was responsible and followed up promptly – truly an MVP employee of the hotel. Downsides: The hairdryer was just okay, the recreation center had too many paid activities, and the piano in the lobby was just for show, not playable."

The rooms were clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete, and the hot water was reliable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, with efficient check-in and check-out. A food delivery robot could be brought upstairs. Room service was excellent; they responded promptly to any issues and were very friendly. I was very satisfied. The public areas were quiet, clean, and elegant, with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. I stayed during the Spring Festival, and the hotel offered great value for money. The attention to detail showed thoughtful management, making for a comfortable and worry-free stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area; it was a worry-free and pleasant accommodation experience."

"My friend told me that Fangwai Hotel is like a secluded paradise, perfect for unwinding. We brought our child here for the May Day holiday and booked a Mufeng Suite on an upper floor. The room size was just right, and the layout was very sensible. The minibar selection was excellent, not just random generic juices, but well-chosen options like Perrier and Voss mineral water. Before we even arrived, the concierge, Xiaoyu, was actively communicating with us and her responses were indeed very prompt. Whether it was delivering mineral water or picking us up from the cafe, the service was always quick. When we first arrived, our room wasn't ready yet, so we went to the Fangwai Hall to do some Song brocade painting, which was a lot of fun. I made one myself, and when my child arrived, the staff member kindly helped them make another, patiently guiding them throughout the process. Everyone had a great time. The vegetables, bamboo shoots, and other dishes in the restaurant were all incredibly fresh and delicious, with a wonderful taste of seasonality. Although the breakfast was simple, it was refined and didn't give the impression of a large selection with little edible food. The toppings for the noodles were very substantial. The service staff were all kind and approachable. Even though it was May Day and the hotel was quite busy, and you could feel the staff were under some pressure, their attitude and efficiency with guests were commendable. Next holiday, I'll definitely book a two-day stay so we can more leisurely explore the greenway along the Xin'an River."

Check-in was super fast, and they even thoughtfully upgraded my room; the room was so clean you could walk barefoot in it, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. The breakfast was also plentiful, with all sorts of local specialties. It's definitely the best choice for my next trip to Xin'anjiang, highly recommended!""

"I have collected Pu Su for a long time. Taking advantage of the high temperature on the weekend, I took the high-speed train from Shanghai to Jiande to spend the weekend and check in at the hotel. The service is very attentive. The housekeeper immediately responds to any requests in the group. What is surprising is that I found the WeChat avatar printed in the photo frame in the room, and the welcome card looks very sincere. I won't go into details about the hotel. In my aesthetics, I went to see several room types. In winter, I recommend the balcony room, which has a wide view and warm sunshine. If you must find a shortcoming, the breakfast variety is quite rich but the taste is average."

"The newly opened B&B in 2023 is very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The key is that it is a pet-friendly hotel. I give it a thumbs up. The room is fully equipped with floor heating, refrigerator, disinfection cabinet and dehumidifier. It can also control the lights and curtains by voice, which is very convenient. There is also a beautiful dragon blood tree in the room, which shows that the owner is very tasteful. There is a super large swimming pool at the door of the room. I heard that there will be bonfires and fireworks at night when the weather is good. Unfortunately, it was a cold and rainy day during my stay. I look forward to experiencing it again when the weather is warmer. Afternoon tea is also provided when you check in, which is very considerate. There is a scenic parking lot at the door of the B&B, and parking is very convenient."

"Had a fantastic stay! We were super lucky to get an upgrade to a single loft family suite. Xiao Ye at the front desk was incredibly patient and kind, especially friendly with the kids. She was also super responsive on WeChat and even helped us arrange a late check-out when our competition ran longer than expected. Tony's service was excellent too, always smiling and speaking softly, and he brought a fruit platter right after we checked in. When I went to get my car from the parking lot, the lobby manager even came along to help. (A big plus: the parking lot connects directly to the hotel lobby, which is great for cyclists!) I'll definitely consider staying at Novotel again for my next competition."

"The hotel I found temporarily is located in Aviation Town. The overall environment of the hotel is very comfortable. The gym/basketball court/ping-pong table and other facilities are complete and new. The room is also clean and tidy without any odor. It is a hotel where you won't be bored even if you stay for two days on the weekend. It is very cost-effective and worth staying~"

"Our room was suite 1201 on the 12th floor. The huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view of the Xin'an River. The only problem was the orientation, as rooms along the river face west. So, in the summer afternoons, it was incredibly hot, making it almost impossible to open the curtains. But in the mornings, the view was stunning. The room was quite clean, though it lacked a refrigerator. There was a bathtub, but surprisingly, no tub cover was provided. Overall, it was a good stay and I'd definitely stay again."

"This Spring Festival, I chose Jiande, a niche place. I saw this Four Seasons Hotel on Ctrip, which is located on Xin'an River, so I decisively chose a river view room. After checking in, I was very satisfied with the room. The room was clean. When I opened the curtains, the Xin'an River came into view, which was refreshing. The aunt cleaned the room in a timely manner. The breakfast variety was OK, but sometimes the plates were not taken out in time. Overall, I was quite satisfied and would choose to stay next time."

The hotel is built on the riverside, the scenery outside the window is excellent, the scenery of Xin'an River is panoramic, and the environment is quiet and cozy. The quality of the dishes is very high, the fish is fresh and tender, the white flower fish is authentic, the fresh fragrance is beautiful, the dishes are clean and the portion is sufficient, and the food is very satisfying. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, and the overall price is very high. Whether it is travel accommodation or taste local characteristics, it is very suitable. It is highly recommended. "The parking was a bit tricky to find (you have to drive over a bridge to get in, and at first, I was hesitant to cross it and couldn't find the entrance at all 😂). Overall, the environment is lovely and very antique. The hygiene was also acceptable. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and once an item ran out, it wasn't refilled. Several room facilities need improvement: 1. The security chain screw on room 3306's door is loose (if it comes undone, the door won't close properly). 2. The bathroom doorknob is loose. 3. The bedside lamp switch on the toilet side is loose. I hope these points can be improved (and that every room is checked)."

"Overall, it was a fantastic stay! The kids had an absolute blast and loved the food. The hotel features two dedicated play areas for children and an adorable petting zoo. We enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast buffets, and the food quality was excellent. Visiting during the off-peak season offered great value for money. While there weren't many hot spring pools, they also weren't crowded, so we could really relax and soak it all in."
