"My experience was really bad. I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM on the 2nd, and was told my room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait. They didn't call me until after 3 PM to say I could check in. Throughout this, there was no mention of compensation for the delay beyond the standard check-in time. Only after I threatened to complain to Trip.com did the hotel offer an upgrade to an executive twin room. In the room, there was hair on the headboard and pillows, and the shower leaked, flooding under the sink and into the bathroom. All the towels in the room were wet and couldn't even dry anything, so I had to call the front desk for someone to mop it up. I later found out the shower curb was higher on the inside and lower on the outside, causing the water to flow out – something the hotel admitted was an engineering issue. The next day, I spoke to the front desk, and they offered to change my room. However, the new room had noticeable stains in the sink that hadn't been cleaned, a strange smell in the bathroom, and no lotion provided. Staying at this hotel felt like opening a blind box, never knowing what extra or missing items you'd get. The staff were genuinely nice and apologized immediately when issues arose, but new problems just kept popping up. It really doesn't feel like an international brand hotel."

There's also a hot spring upstairs. The location is excellent, very close to the old town, just a short walk away, and parking is super convenient. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are kept spotless. Breakfast is also plentiful. It's definitely worth staying here, and I'd love to come back again if I get the chance."

It's very quiet at night. The breakfast is also plentiful. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service by reservation. I was very satisfied with my two-day stay during the Spring Festival! I'll definitely come again."

The guest rooms were clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable beds and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities were complete and functional, and the toiletries were of high quality. The staff were warm and attentive, providing efficient check-in and check-out, and responding promptly to any needs. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including both Chinese and Western options, with fresh and delicious ingredients. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, making it a pleasant place to relax and unwind. Whether for family trips or short vacations, this hotel is highly recommended, and I will definitely choose it again next time!"

You can also choose to eat breakfast outdoors by the river. The hotel facilities are very new, and the whole house is smart, which is great!"

"I specifically chose this newly opened Home Inn Xin'anjiang Riverside Hotel, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The room was brand new and clean, with maximum comfort. Even before the Dragon Boat Festival, the hotel had already arranged sachet-making workshops, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the fun of this traditional festival. The hotel is right next to the Xin'anjiang River, offering great river views, and the surrounding area is well-developed, making shopping and dining convenient. It's also very close to the popular Yanzhou Ancient City, perfect for exploring the ancient city and making sachets – enhancing the overall travel experience. With its excellent location and attentive service, this is my top choice for travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Located near the city lake, this resort-style property is built into the hillside. If you're staying in the villas higher up, you'll need to climb a long staircase from the lobby, so it might not be suitable if you have mobility issues. The hotel does offer a shuttle service if you're willing to wait. The road up to the mountain is very narrow, making it difficult for two cars to pass, so if you're not a confident driver, it's best to take the shuttle. Parking at the top is also limited. Overall, understand that this is a resort, and from a resort perspective, it deserves a five-star rating."

"The service was very attentive and polite, with smiling staff everywhere. The environment is great; you step right out into a forest with many birds. Upon check-in, they proactively upgraded us to a lake-view villa. It was filled with the sounds of birds and blooming flowers, and there was even a cute little cat outside the house that I fed some meat, hehe. After waking up, I took a walk on the wooden boardwalk. The air was incredibly fresh, and I even got to photograph some birds. There's also an observation deck where you can see the beautiful distant mountains. Breakfast was just average, but everything else was excellent."

"This is my second time at the Brette Hotel. This time, I contacted our butler, Xiao Zhang, in advance, and their arrangements were absolutely spot on. We got a lake-view room, which offered an amazing view. The one-bedroom, one-living room lake-view suite is perfect for families. The hotel room facilities are all comprehensive, and the room's scenery is beautiful. We were lucky enough that both the outdoor and indoor pools were open, and the kids had a blast. We also caught some activities for Children's Day on June 1st, which made the experience even more fantastic! The hotel's breakfast is buffet style and served until 10 AM, which is very thoughtful and convenient. The breakfast was also delicious. I will definitely be back to Brette again; it's perfect for a getaway and escaping the city. I highly recommend it! My last review was 5 stars, I don't know how it ended up as 4.8. It absolutely deserves a five-star rating!!!"
