Breakfast: It looked plentiful, but the details were lacking. We arrived at 9:00 PM, and even the porridge was cold. There were no pastries or even steamed buns. The fried dough sticks were completely inedible because they were too cold and not freshly fried. Service: We arrived around 11:00 PM, and the waiter was very welcoming, coming out to greet us and helping us carry our luggage upstairs. However, when we left the next morning, the host looked at our large luggage with indifference and completely ignored us. Facilities: I've seen many reviews of five-star hotel amenities, but how can a 3,000 yuan, no-name smart toilet compare to a 30,000 yuan five-star hotel? The air conditioner never got hot enough, and when it did, the loud clatter of the compressor turning on and off woke me up, and I kept hearing it. The amenities are basically just vanity projects, with all the bells and whistles, but the quality is very low. The sound insulation, which everyone complains about, is truly terrible. It feels like living in a courtyard. First, the design is flawed (the circular shape), and second, the materials are flawed (the wooden windows have single-glazed glass). In short, the entire design reflects the boss's requirements: it should look high-end but be sufficiently cost-effective.
