The staff are great, outstanding helpful and friendly. They also offer concierge service and driver to get yo the sights/ gondola! A Didi from Tongren airport to the hotel is very easy to pre order and cheap! Get a river side view room, do tranquil! The food at the restaurant is inexpensive and good. Be great if the hotel has a gym/ swimming pool. ( they have the space) . a great overall experience. Do make sure one walks at night to the village for authentic village food. The village main show is absolutely a must see. Ernie New Zealand 🇳🇿

This was a nice place to stay to visit Fanjingshan. The have a car that can drive you the 2 km to the mountain in the morning. The restaurant had a nice breakfast and the food was generally good but there isn’t much open around the hotel or in the hotel for snacks or water etc. accept a Dong Village about 1 km which is walkable. It closes around 9 so make sure to have supplies if you need any.

Good but basic. Nice location but not much there except the actual Mountain. Helpful staff, they have a car that goes to the mountain starting from 8.30am. Quite expensive for what it is. My mountain view room faced the car park so would recommend a river view.

We stayed in a special room, which was said to be small in size, but I thought it was okay. Except for the area where the bed was placed, which was close to the TV cabinet, it was quite spacious. I mainly go hiking and take a break, and this type of apartment is exactly what I want. If you stay for a few more days, you can enjoy the special price without any pressure. The boss understands the customer psychology very well. The dishes for dinner were cooked well, and I had the most authentic rice tofu since entering Guizhou (the book in the room said that the birthplace of rice tofu is Jiangkou) and mung bean powder. Based on visual inspection of various comprehensive conditions, the one closest to the gate of the scenic spot is the best.
