Crowne Plaza Jiangmen Binjiang

During the National Day holiday, I booked a stay with my whole family, and the dining, accommodation, and entertainment truly lived up to the InterContinental Poly's quality.

This Crowne Plaza hotel, managed by the InterContinental Hotels Group, truly embodies the high standards of an international five-star hotel. You can feel the excellent quality of service in every detail. The environment is quiet and serene, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle without sacrificing convenience. The room interiors are luxurious and refined, and the bedding is wonderfully soft, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The highlight is undoubtedly the 24-hour indoor heated pool, with crystal-clear water and a glass ceiling that lets in natural light, making you feel like you're swimming outdoors. It's the perfect summer retreat.

Pretty good! Even the gym staff were enthusiastic and helpful. This time, I stayed at both the Poly InterContinental in Shunde Dongping and the Crowne Plaza Jiangping. The Crowne Plaza's facilities were a bit newer and more stylish. The bedding was consistently excellent, clean, and tidy, making it easy to fall asleep. Big shoutout to the housekeeping staff again! 👍 The environment was quiet and very conducive to rest. And the big welcome bear at the entrance was adorable! 😋

The room's cleanliness was pretty subpar. There were still drink stains from the previous guest on the windowsill, which hadn't been properly wiped clean.

The sheets were dirty and the room had a strange smell. When I asked to switch rooms, the new room smelled even worse, so it was pointless to switch. When I complained, they just said they had already checked and changed the sheets.

The hotel was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely be back.

Five stars all the way! This is my top pick for international 5-star business hotels in Jiangmen. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Yuan Shan Lake, the Sports Center, and the Exhibition Center, making it super convenient for concerts or conferences. Plus, there's ample free underground parking, so no stress if you're driving. The lobby blends Wuyi Diaolou architecture with Lingnan garden design, creating a sophisticated and upscale ambiance that really sets the mood. I was upgraded to a high-floor lake-view room, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view of the lake – I even got to see the musical fountain in the evening! The room itself was spacious, with excellent soundproofing, a soft mattress, and a wet/dry separated bathroom featuring a large bathtub. The toiletries were high-quality. It also had a comfortable desk and multi-port charging outlets, which was a huge plus for business travel. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with authentic Cantonese rice rolls, freshly made noodles, shrimp dumplings, and siu mai, balancing both Chinese and Western options. The morning tea at the Yu Gong Guan Chinese restaurant was also very authentic. The indoor heated pool with its glass ceiling was perfect for photos, and the 24-hour gym had all the equipment you'd need – great for unwinding after work. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were polite and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. Housekeeping was thorough and clean. The Crown breakfast and late check-out service were very thoughtful, making it easy to manage my schedule without rushing. Whether for business or a short leisure trip, this hotel is ideal. I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Jiangmen!

The service was excellent, from the front desk to the lobby, which truly earned it five stars. The overall atmosphere was very quiet. I had a quick one-night stopover here on my way back to Shenzhen. The room was quite spacious, and there's a park nearby. The lobby has a giant bear that my husband absolutely loved, taking pictures non-stop, haha! The design is really good! As a Diamond member, I even received complimentary drinks. Since I was in a hurry, the staff at the lobby bar helped me pack and choose them perfectly. A special thank you to him! Having those drinks to refresh me during the hot drive back was much appreciated. The air conditioning was on in the room, but it felt a little damp, so there's room for improvement there. Overall, everything was great and I'm very satisfied.
