We arrived at the hotel before 1300 and the room was not ready. The lady at the counter then offered us a free upgrade and free access to the executive lounge for happy hours. Amazing. The room is a standard hotel room with a king sized bed. The TV only has 10 local channels and none of them is English channel. The bathroom is a big plus and it comes with all basic items (comb, brush, shaver, etc). It has a shower area and a bathtub area. Quite spacious for this kind of standard hotel room. We were at 19/F and the view was also great! Highly recommended!

Highly recommend the Wanda Vista Jiangmen! The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was super soft and comfortable. The location is convenient for getting anywhere. A special shout-out to Annie at the front desk – her service was warm and thoughtful, and she even helped me plan my sightseeing route. The facilities are excellent, making for a perfect experience! 💯

This hotel boasts a convenient location in the heart of Jiangmen, complete with its own underground parking. It's also right near Wanda Plaza and Huiyue City, making shopping incredibly easy. The hotel facilities and equipment are all very new, and both the front desk and room staff are exceptionally friendly. Plus, there's an executive lounge on the 21st floor offering great views of Jiangmen city. I was very satisfied with this stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

A perfect five-star review for the R&F Wanda Hotel Jiangmen! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, Annie's warm, spring-like smile and efficient, professional service instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the river view was absolutely stunning. Breakfast offered a rich variety, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. 1. I bought three rooms x 3 persons only, but the price is to order two breakfast rooms cheaper than others, no choice for selecting one breakfast room. This is not reasonable.. 2. The TV is not working, there may be no battery on the remote.

The service here was top-notch. We did have a few problems though. The A/C doesn't allow you to go below 20C and there was no notice directing you not to do that. If you try to set the thermostat below, it just won't turn on. There was also a fake eyelash on the floor near the bed. Makes you question how clean the rest of the room is. Overall, it was a good experience and the customer service helped compensate for the other shortfalls.

The reason why I picked this hotel is because of the location that is right at the center of Jiangmen. Parks, museums, mall surrounding this place as well ad tons of great attractions and restaurants. Great grand reception and 5 star services and smile from all fellows among the hotel. Lovel!y Nice indoor swimming, but PLEASE a warmer water would be much more family friendly. Thank you. Free underground parking with direct path and lift to the lobby, perfect. Great value pack family hotel. 5 stars recommended.

The Wanda Jiangmen Hotel is a modern and well-maintained hotel with a very convenient location. The facilities are high quality and comfortable, suitable for business stays.
