Beach access is nice, but cleanliness can be improved. There are no shower or changing facilities. Breakfast was below average, with limited variety and options. The standalone cabin was a little dated but well maintained. View from the room was awesome, and having a bathtub was a huge plus. The creek and waterfall surrounding our cabin were great.

Unclear from booking that there are different buildings for different room types. Ended up at the quiet block. Decor of room was very dated and musty smell.

I like the location and the national park surroundings. The water mountains and water falls are awesome. The swimming pools using natural water from the mountains are superb.

致電大堂服務提供接駁服務房間需求，表現十分滿意能夠盡快安排客戶的要求！ 雖然位置距離中心約20分鐘車程，打車費用亦都約30至$40元左右！私家車可以免費泊車，另外由於當日早到，亦可以給我提早入住酒店很有人性化安排，服務態度良好；而且房間景觀一流，房間及露台寬敞，從房間內可以直接看到日出，景觀一流！酒店內亦有中式酒樓西餐廳都可以滿足膳食需求！ 唯獨接駁往浸溫泉的接駁車，行車上山比較急促，安全程度稍為欠缺，需要改善。整體感覺良好，如有下次，會再訂購！

離圭峯山很近，套房房間雖然比較舊，燈光昏暗，但空調馬力十足，包温泉，温泉要爬約五層樓，不太友好，泡完很舒服！

房間設備非常的簡陋，基本沒啥配件可言，都是標配，最基本的護髮素都沒有
服務：服務挺好的，服務員非常的耐心，隨叫隨到，做事也很耐心，服務方面真的很贊，如果能做再提升一下酒店的設備，那就更好了
