This was my first trip to Jiangmen, and I picked a hotel that looked decent online. Well, it certainly lived up to its name, giving me quite the 'surprise'. First off, the room's facilities were old and worn. The key card slot was loose, and the power cut out several times, which was pretty scary. The staff's handling of the situation was very unprofessional. After they moved me to a different room, the first thing I saw was small cockroaches – I'm not kidding, they were right by the sink. I immediately decided not to use any of the toiletries or cups and quickly ordered disposable ones online. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, but the door wouldn't close properly. If I hadn't laid down towels, the whole place would have been flooded after my shower. There were just too many complaints, including the self-serve coffee. Come on, it's free coffee, can't you at least provide a larger mug? The disposable cups were filled to the brim, and it spilled everywhere when I tried to carry it. Very unhelpful. Overall, the experience was terrible, and I do not recommend staying here.

The room was well-equipped, and the service was attentive and warm, with coffee and herbal tea provided. The room had newly installed air conditioning and even included a phone charging cable – very thoughtful touches. The bathroom was large, but some nooks and crannies were not very clean. The hotel is located at an intersection, making it quite noisy at night; those with sleep problems should avoid this hotel.

The hotel has plenty of parking, making it a great deal for three people, and breakfast is included. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's close to the highway, making it convenient for getting around. Coffee is available at the front desk.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you step into the lobby, you're enveloped in a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with soft, plush beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and professional, the breakfast is plentiful and varied, the swimming pool and gym are top-notch, and parking is available. Whether for business or leisure, this is the perfect choice, and I'll definitely be back!
