SU CHENG HOTEL

For its price, the quality of this hotel is a pleasant surprise! The entire room was odor-free, and every corner was meticulously cleaned. The bathroom had excellent dry/wet separation and no standing water. Both the air conditioning and hot water were responsive. The lighting was soft and not harsh. The soundproofing was better than other hotels in the same price range. The front desk staff were friendly and always prompt to assist with any requests. There are plenty of snack bars and supermarkets nearby. No hidden fees, just overall cleanliness and peace of mind. It's a solid choice for students or short trips.

The room was spotless, and the bedding was super comfy – a perfect stay! The front desk staff were really welcoming, and check-in and check-out were incredibly fast. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Everything was impeccably clean, which made us feel completely at ease. Breakfast was plentiful and tasted even better than expected. The garden landscape was stunning, and the pool was clean and refreshing. It's really close to Qingming Bridge, so it was super convenient to head back after exploring the ancient street.

This stay exceeded my expectations; the service was exceptionally thoughtful. During check-in, the front desk patiently explained the facilities and proactively informed me about the elevator and breakfast location. When I needed something during my stay, I contacted housekeeping and it was quickly delivered to my room. Any issues were handled with great patience and a gentle, non-perfunctory attitude. The room was clean and tidy, and you could feel the staff's dedication and meticulousness everywhere. I had a very comfortable stay and will prioritize this hotel for my next trip.
