Great place to stay for 2 days gateway and see and learn for the horses

Really beautiful hotel. Loveliest staff who couldn’t do enough to help, very kind people. Rooms well appointed -absolutely huge! Walking distance to everything, beautiful setting.

I loved everything about the hotel from being ushered out from the car to the lovely reception, to the room. I loved the services we got from the staff they were very helpful and sweet. There is a car to take you to do the activities like horse riding and boat riding. The hotel is within the Pegasus which is really convenient. The food was sooooo amazing I truly recommend going here it’s worth every penny. The room is clean, spacious and very modernised. I loved loved loved my time here and I will be booking for my next stay soon.

I like this hotel very much. So I book this hotel every time I visit that city. Amazingly very spacious room and nice features in it. I feel like a king there.

The hotel and rooms are luxurious, clean and tidy, and the service is in place, making you feel at home. Especially the etiquette lady in lobby No. 419. When our elders didn't know how to do a hair-do for a little girl, we went downstairs and tried to ask her for help. She enthusiastically and skillfully did a hair-do for the little girl, and the child was very satisfied! This is her extra behavior, give her a thumbs up 👍

The twin room is very suitable for family travel. Two separate rooms, one with a 2-meter wide bed and the other with a 1.6-meter wide bed. The bathroom is also large enough, with a smart toilet and shower room, double sink and bathtub. I have a 10-month-old baby, and the hotel added a baby bed. The room has a high ceiling, and it feels comfortable when you enter the room. The breakfast is also quite rich, with rice noodles, noodles, duck blood vermicelli soup, and tofu pudding. It is also very convenient to have the hotel's sightseeing bus pick up and drop off.

The room was large and spacious, the service staff was very nice, and the hotel was nice. However, the staff at the horse farm, the horse handlers, and the people who maintained order were very irresponsible and ignored the safety of tourists.

The hotel is really good, everything is ok, except the breakfast is so-so. However, there are other places to eat nearby. It is the first choice for families in Jiangyin!

The hotel is located in the Pegasus Water City scenic area. The hardware facilities and services are good, and it provides electric car shuttle services to scenic spots, which is very convenient for taking children to play.

I am extremely disappointed with your hotel stay experience! From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff treated me coldly throughout the whole process, and their words were full of impatience, completely lacking the professional qualities that should be expected in the service industry. What is even more shocking is that when the takeaway was delivered, the guests were forced to go downstairs to pick it up in person. The hotel refused to deliver it on the grounds of "safety hazards", but when they asked to use the service robot, they were told that the device was only for delivering hotel goods. Such double standards are ridiculous - if there are really safety hazards, how can the goods flow unimpeded? The takeaway can also be arranged to be delivered directly upstairs??? There are no safety hazards? The takeaway is more protected than your hotel service staff? Whose safety is this protecting? The most outrageous thing is the way the lobby manager handled it. In the face of reasonable demands, he was not only unapologetic, but also arrogant and rude. His poor professional performance was perfectly "inherited" to the front desk team. The breakfast service, which is an important supporting facility of the hotel, is a disastrous experience: when I arrived at the restaurant at 9:20, the dining table was basically empty, and the remaining dishes had already cooled and were difficult to swallow. I asked them to make up for the meal several times but they just kept giving me a perfunctory reply. I left hungry and nothing happened. As a mid-to-high-end hotel, the basic services and supporting facilities were all gone. Does the management have no sense of service quality control? This is a stay experience that is seriously inconsistent with the price.

The best hotel in Heilan Pegasus Water City. We booked a twin room with two separate rooms, two living rooms and a bathroom, which is very suitable for our family of four. The decoration is very luxurious, the configuration standard is high, clean and sanitary, and it is a very good living experience.
