"Booked this hotel to watch the Scottish Super League (it's only a 10-minute walk from the hotel), and it turned out to be a fantastic stay. First, the buffet at the Western restaurant was amazing, and I was lucky enough to catch their crayfish special – my first taste of crayfish freedom this summer! Second, the hotel environment is superb. There's a park right out the back door with beautiful scenery, and I took lots of great photos of my wife there. Third, the hotel service was excellent. They provided complimentary soft drinks, and quickly brought extra blankets and amenities when requested. On the day we checked out, my child accidentally left their Wuxi team jersey in the room, and the hotel called me immediately and mailed it back to Shanghai. Overall, it was a great travel experience! (Though I was pretty annoyed that Wuxi and Nanjing drew 0-0 with no goals.)"

Secondly, the room given to us by the front desk was also different from the room type we booked on the platform. Later, it was adjusted back to the right room. Thirdly, the lighting in the room was dim. Even with all the lights on, it still felt like being in a dark hole. I don’t know if the lights were broken or if it was designed like this. The next day we took the initiative to ask the staff to help clean the room. Since we ordered takeout from the hotel the day before, there were some leftover lunch boxes. As a result, the staff just left them there and didn't even throw them away or clean up the table. Speaking of takeout, at first the delivery guy said that the hotel would help deliver it. After waiting for half an hour, it still hadn’t been delivered. I called the hotel and they said there was no one there? ? I would like to ask, there is no one to recruit you, what do you say to the customers? Is it so easy to make money now? No one wants to open a hotel..."
