服務：前台客服辦理入住和退房都很快速又熱情。
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔。
環境：酒店位於鳳凰山腳下，靠近税務局和縣政府，幽靜安寧。酒店門口有個廣場，有可以吃油茶的餐飲店，有KTV，有公共停車場，很方便。酒店房間前種了小片花海，綠植修剪精緻。
設施：房間是特價房，中式風格古香古色。可能通風時間的原因，入住後有段時間總隱隱覺得有股黴味，之後就散了。房間設施齊全，瑕疵是有點舊。另外，訂的雙床房沒有沖涼涼鞋，之後跟前台説後，很快送了一雙過來，説標配是衹配一雙，有就行了。
值得一提的是，房間裏放了介紹江永的旅遊攻略，有自然景觀，民俗，建築，特產等等，非常棒！

五一假期路過江永，看到攜程上酒店照片不錯，就下單落定了。酒店服務還算中規中矩，周邊環境也可以。但房間設計太奇葩了，衞生間居然沒有門，這讓旅客洗澡、換衣服時情以何堪！？

酒店環境不錯，服務員熱情有禮。門前個大廣場，旁邊有幾家餐館。房間乾淨衞生，洗漱分離，就是洗澡間得吐槽一下，無地方放換洗衣服，換洗衣服得開門放外面洗手枱。

據説是江永最好的酒店，酒店看上去還是很氣派，房間寬敞明亮，乾濕分離的衞生間，獨立的淋浴房 ，床上用品也不錯，早飯簡單了一些，特別是到了9點左右，食物補充很慢，這個需要改進

房間太潮濕了，一打開門一股黴味。換了個房間，依舊潮濕。半夜十二點同伴的房間門鈴聲莫名響，酒店全程未給一個合理解釋和答覆，衹告知無人敲門。投訴電話撥過去就是前台接聽，無人監管，投訴無門。體驗感極差！！！下次再也不來了！

出差經常入住的酒店，當地老酒店，設施設備比較一般，加上現在入住率不高，可能出於成本考慮，早餐十分簡單。我們入住的時候沒有空調，睡的還是冬被，一整晚都很悶熱，體驗感很一般，希望酒店有所改進。
