失望透頂，基本上，每年夏天都會帶上老小去劍河温泉遊玩。以前我都會向身邊的人極力推薦到劍河温泉感受一下。自從換了新的運營團隊價格一年比一年貴。從499到599再到799，如今的899我也是可以接受的。但是感受一年一年差。不止是衞生差。設施也沒人維護。常年擱置。很多水設施都沒有水。放一塊正在維修的牌子常年閑置。再説説房間，有昆蟲我可以接受。但是蜘蛛網。。。 。。。。房間一進去就有一股尿騷味，馬上和前台聯繫了。房間到是換了。但是一聯想起來。心情極度糟糕，衞生極度堪憂。貴州旅遊火起來了。大家都受益。但是不能沒底線。酒店就是貴州對外的窗口。不要搭了順風車，還把事情搞砸。我真的太失望了。以後來，我學狗叫。

雙人床很大，可以把小寶夾在中間。帳篷很大，夠一個成人睡，老大可以睡進帳篷裏。我們和父母共6人剛好兩個房間。大人都睡大床，孩子都睡帳篷。這一晚的住宿是舒適的。
劍河的温泉水是真的好，水是滑滑的，皮膚泡出來也是滑滑的。酒店配套的温泉池環境自然，各種花池和葯池，溶洞區沒來得及去泡，前面的已經泡得很舒服了。從35℃的葯池到44℃的花池，從冷到熱，整個人泡得暖暖的。酒店每個房間送4張温泉票，我們入住當天泡了一次，第二天吃了早餐後又泡了一次。
入住當天正好是元宵節，清江閣遊船停運，改成仰阿莎廣場的煙花秀和歌舞表演。歌手在清江閣的遊船上高歌，30分鐘的煙花秀還是比較震撼的，很漂亮。迪斯尼的煙花秀很漂亮，但那是煙花+光影，如果光看煙花，劍河元宵節這30分鐘的煙花秀是我見過的最漂亮的煙花秀。
仰阿莎，希望下次我再來劍河泡温泉能有時間看完這位女神的故事。酒店裡擺放的仰阿莎的書讓我牽掛。

作為貴州人，我特別希望貴州的旅遊服務能跟得上社會的發展。但是這次不得不説，真的還需要繼續加油。首先是接待的人員與客流量不成比例，春節可能是高峯期，我們辦完入住後，沒有一個嚮導指引我們去哪坐電梯，到處找了幾分鐘問了幾個人才找到方向。入住後，衣櫃里居然有很臟的被子！入住過程中，打掃衞生的人員非常不專業，直接説當地話，還好我基本能聽得懂，真不知道外地的遊客能否順利溝通。我們乘坐電梯時，居然有服務人員還沒等我們出電梯就急忙擠進來，感覺非常不禮貌。酒店衞生一般，服務還不如一些快捷酒店。真的需要對基層服務人員好好培訓！！

離縣城挺遠的一個温泉小鎮，這有很多的温泉酒店，就在房間裏泡了泡温泉。酒店主要是接待旅遊團多吧，餐廳飯一般般，附近沒啥吃的。地下停車方便，沒充電樁。
