房間與照片的一致，房間乾淨衞生，設施很新，總體給我感覺不錯，當天有點曬，給房間的牆都曬透了，很熱，前台小姐姐多給了一張電卡，但是屋內中央空調還是不太涼，跟前台小姐姐溝通，前台姐姐積極響應，給配了電風扇，很感謝小姐姐的服務，讓我覺得她很友善，很重視顧客的體驗感，非常感謝。

我入住的時間比較晚，老闆人很好，給免費升級了房間。房間用的隔音玻璃，噪音比較小，整體空間很大，採光很足，怕黑的朋友晚上可以開窗簾燈。配色乾淨清爽，和首頁圖沒有色差。另外比較驚喜的是雖然已經開業五年，但是房間內的傢俱牆壁沒有臟舊的感覺，看的出來平時有在用心打理維護。户外九樓有大陽台，早上看遠山日出還是很不錯的。總體來説，是一次愉快的入住體驗。

總體來説很不滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店服務人員表情木然，見到客人也不打招呼，，最離譜的就是房卡居然衹肯給一張，多要一張回答説沒有！大夏天晚上還遭遇停電，熱醒後無法再入睡！

酒店外觀以土家民俗風格建築，房間裝修現代風，兩者完美相結合，讓人眼前一亮，房間寬敞，這個觀景房透過落地窗隨着黃昏的夕陽，一杯恩施玉露慢慢進入夜晚，兩個字（愜意）樓頂四合院的盆景獨顯這家酒店的品味，讓人留念忘返，服務人員洋溢熱情的笑臉，親切的問候讓我們不虛此行。位置，環境，服務，還有超大的花園停車場獨一無二。值得推薦[強][強][強]

房間精緻，安靜舒適，主要是四合院露台，有天有地，跟住自己家一樣，老闆用心設計，看得出也是用心經營，位置優越，設施齊全，最主要是價格合理，可以用物超所值來形容，下次朋友來一定介紹這家酒店。聽説他們還可以接待會議培訓，公司團建，後續有機會組團再來玩兩天，感受一下當地的民俗風情，搞個篝火晚會，露天燒烤。

老闆人很好，免費升級了房型，標間床也很大，都是1.35的床，三個人睡完全不會擠，離地心谷遊客中心非常近，就在馬路對面，窗外風景也是很美，很愉快的一次旅行
