Extremely convenient. We landed around 11pm and had an early flight the next morning, so we chose this hotel. It is in between both terminals, T1 and T2. It was roughly a 5-10 mins walk after picking up our luggage. You can push the luggage cart all the way to the hotel and the concierge will help you return the cart or keep your luggage on it (if you don't need your luggage for the night). Check-in process was convenient, room was clean and there was a wide variety of food for breakfast. Breakfast here starts early at 5.30am. It only took us a few minutes to reach T1 international departure. Service was good as well. It was stuffy for us since they have winter heating on, so they brought up a fan for us. Highly rec for a layover stay.

As mentioned by other reviewers, this hotel is far from city centre. We took Didi to a nearby shopping centre called Xihai Plaza, recommended by the receptionist (about 20 mins), where there is more shopping and food options. Breakfast is quite chaotic at 6.30am as there are so many guests rushing for the 2 super slow coffee machines. Food queue is quite long and stressful for those rushing for the 7am shuttle to the airport. The staff actually asked us for our flight time and told us the shuttle bus time to leave for the airport. They even give us a morning call to remind us to board the bus. I’d like to specially mention the shuttle bus driver who was very responsible and helped to load the luggage and passengers onto the shuttle which left punctually at 7am.

At around 7:30 in the evening, we arrived at the hotel and contacted the landlady in advance. She cooked authentic Sichuan food, which was delicious and not expensive. The cuisine was a lot of food, so there was only so much for the stomach. Otherwise, I wanted to try it. As soon as I arrived at the door of the room, two cats came to beg for food. But I don’t have any ready-made meat for it to eat. Hahaha, it looks fat. It looks like it is often fed. The environment is good and the price is very good. The driver delivered the airport for free in the morning and the efficiency was perfect. He delivered it to the airport in 20 minutes. If we need it the next day, If you are traveling to Tianfu Airport, it’s a good choice to stay here👍

The hotel has an excellent services and ambience. It is recommended to stay if you have a medium transit time and doesnt want to go too far from airport. The room, bathroom, linen, and lobby area was clean. The staff was friendly and helpfull, especially Alex. I was looking for my ID copy that is misplaced and he is helping me much on the process. The receptionist are english spoken, too. The hotel provide a free shuttle bus from / to Tianfu Airport. There are some stores accros the hotel lobby, i.e: minimarket, noodle store, mutton soup store (Note: the mutton soup was good). We are travelling with one teenager and 6 years old kid.
