pickup servive ok, room clean, can order food to door by calling, the reception boy with a bird is very rude. talking dont look at guests and answered with impolite attitude. but the other staffs are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is near the airport, the pickup service if free but the driver is running too much even without delay. The property got too much mosquitos, all night killing mosquitos. they should buy mosquitos net. But the rest is good and acceptable

Location is near from airport. For pickup might be problem for those who don’t speak Chinese but drop back to airport they will provide it. To reach hotel is near around 10-15 rmb in taxi. For food, either you can buy it from them or you can order it online and it will deliver inside hotel. Overall, value for money

I booked this hotel because i had an early flight. The room was really nice and clean. The receptionist spoke english and helped with everything. In the morning they even arranged transport for us for free to the airport and the breakfast was also nice. In the end i would really like to appreciate the hotel staff as we forgot some stuff at the hotel which when we contacted them they parcelled to us in shanghai. Overall the experience was great and i would highly recommend.

I had a short and sweet stay at this hotel as part of a layover. The hotel is located very close to the airport so it’s very convenient for this purpose. The room was very clean and had everything you need for an overnight stay. The hotel also provides airport transfers for free. I would stay here again.

Booked this during an overnight layover in Chengdu. They do offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, but you have to call them and wait, so it’s quicker and easier to just get a taxi there and take their airport shuttle in the morning. Room was acceptable for the price

The first room I was assigned had lots of mosquitoes so I they gave me a new room. The second room smelled like smoke/sour even though I selected the “non-smoking” option when booking. The room was dirty and I found a mosquito crushed on the pillow. The “breakfast” was in the lobby as looked like it could be several days old. The garden view that was written on Trip was a white wall facing a dark patio in the middle of the hotel. Trip said the hotel opened in 2023 and the pictures it looked new, clean and nice. This was evidently not even close to the truth. Only positive thing was that they offered free airport drop off service; however, the staff was not by the desk when I wanted to check out and I was really unsure if someone would come drive me to the airport. Someone eventually came to pick a group of me and other guests up, but honestly I should’ve gotten a taxi. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is very basic standard but near the airport, so it’s ok just for a night stay have a rest from the trip and move on somewhere else for the next day or further plans travel. The price of the hotel is really good that’s why we can’t expect too much from it.

I booked to sleep during the layover. It's a nice place and very near to the airport. However, breakfast is the worst.

Arrive airport at late, but book last minute they still manage to pick me up and drop me off after the stay.

When arrived at the airport, had to call the driver for airport pickup and usually they do not steak english. I hope there is a better way to arrange pickup other than call. Other than that, worth the money

Very nice place to stay. Quiet and super clean. Be careful if you do not have signal, wifi does not really work and reception only speaks chinese (but they have usefull translation apps). Also it would be convenient to be able to book the airport shuttle on arrival by any other way than calling. It would avoid foreigners to get scamed.
