Our stay at Intercontinental Sancha Lake was fantastic! The water play and swimming pool 🏊♂️💦 were a huge hit—our daughter couldn’t get enough! The breakfast 🍳🥐 was delicious with a great selection, and there were plenty of activities for kids to enjoy.
Our daughter loved it so much that she cried when we left 😭 —she wanted to stay forever😂 Highly recommend for families 👨👩👧👦💖

The maintenance of the surroundings are a bit neglected, bush and grass overgrowth. Family rooms were not baby safe. Electric sockets did not have locks. All the hot water was controlled at 45 degrees, which is understandable, but could have done with a tap which is out of reach for kids with hot water for the Adults. The cars at the doorway in the pictures for the kids were not available. There was no kids meal option in the room. Had no way of ordering food to the room for the kids.

Nice hotel with very good service and friendly staff. A lot of activities for kids possible but need to pay extra. Good indoor pool with really nice area for kids. Overall good stay but surrounding area not that nice due to construction site around the lake right next to the hotel area.

The hotel has a beautiful setting, lush vegetation, and fresh air. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast menu is also quite extensive and delicious. Even more surprising, I was treated to a stunning sunrise during my stay. I have to thank Qing Tuan, the hotel's customer service supervisor, for contacting me in advance to inquire about my needs and helping me find a room I was happy with. Their service was very thoughtful.
