Was assigned to a room with faulty toilet door, got the reception to change it for us and they did it quick for us. Appreciate the quick help!

1. The room was EXTREMELY HOT. Even with the setting at 16°C, there was no control of the temperature. There was only heated air coming in. I had to climb up very high to partially open a very tight ventilator, but it didn't help much. I had to sleep naked due to the heat.
2. The plastic covering of the amenities (toothbrush, comb, ear buds, etc) is very difficult to open. I actually struggled to open them. I am a fit, 59 year-old with no disabilities.
3. The first night, there was no shaving kit and body lotion in the room. However, upon request, it was provided.
4. The spa is overpriced.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say the experience was very enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A special thanks goes to Emma, who was a tremendous help in resolving an issue with an item I had left behind at the hotel. Her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. Thanks to her, the problem was quickly resolved, and I was able to enjoy my stay stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel and appreciate the excellent service!
