Very dissatisfied! We checked in late at night. I asked the lady on duty if I could get coffee in the morning. And they emphasized that it was 5:30 in the morning so it was not possible to pick it up! If not, just give it to us right away! The front desk said yes. We checked again and they said 5:30 is fine. She replied that it was no problem. However, that evening we were told that there was no shuttle bus to the airport and we had to take a taxi in the morning and get reimbursed. ok, no problem. As a result, when we got up the next morning and were about to leave, we asked the front desk to give us coffee. The receptionist got up with sleepy eyes and came out, and when we asked, she said no, there was no coffee so early. We said we asked you last night and you said there was coffee at 5:30. The front desk said, no! We left as we were in a hurry. Come to think of it, either we were cheated by the night front desk, or the morning front desk wanted to sleep and didn't make coffee for us! Anyway, there is something wrong with the hotel service! speechless!
