HONGJING FOURS SEASONS HOTEL

This hotel is very close to Chocolate Town and has a children's play area. We booked a hot spring king room, and the butler registered our car information in advance, so we had a smooth entry into the scenic area. They also upgraded us to a twin room. The quilts and towels were clean, and the room even had a small tent and a rocking horse. The indoor hot spring bath was bright by the window; we could draw the curtains if we bathed during the day. The room was very spacious, and in addition to the traditional opera-style decor, there were cute pink cookie decorations. We chose the hot spring ticket, and the hot springs are also managed by the hotel. We took the kids to the hot springs in the afternoon, which had indoor baths, a swimming pool, and outdoor baths. The indoor hot spring for kids had slides, a ball pit, little stars, and a water curtain, which my child loved. The buffet dinner offered great value for money. I hope they add juice and yogurt to the buffet, giving more options for both kids and adults. Overall, the service was excellent. We will definitely book again next time!

I was very satisfied with the room and the overall stay was excellent. However, the private onsen tub's water flow was very slow. Even though it's natural hot spring water, the water pressure could be improved. The large size of the tub also made the filling process even slower, and there was nothing to lean back on. It would be a nice touch to have something like a floating tray for snacks or amenities. This is just a suggestion. I was planning to bring friends here, but for a private onsen, comfort is paramount.

Huge room! I've stayed at many 5-star and 4-star hotels, like Sheraton, Hyatt, Shangri-La, Grand Skylight International, etc. This place is definitely the king of value for money! The room was actually a suite, at least 60 square meters. It even had a large bathtub and four beds! Plus two or three sofas and a TV. The bathroom was also very spacious, and the toilet had a self-heating function. These amenities could easily rival those in a 5-star hotel costing over a thousand yuan. But the price was incredibly affordable. I paid less than 1,500 for two nights. We also got free access to the hot springs. There were two swimming pools, though the water wasn't very deep. The pools and hot springs are shared with other hotels. It's perfect for a short weekend getaway if you're driving from Shanghai. The only downside is that the breakfast doesn't quite meet 5-star standards. However, it's much better than what you'd get at places like Hanting. Overall, it's a highly recommended place for a vacation with excellent value for money, especially for hot springs!

The room was great, with a crib for the kids, and the environment was pretty good too. The only downside was the lack of a laundry room; items sent for cleaning wouldn't be returned until the next afternoon, which isn't ideal for summer water activities. However, the service attitude was excellent.

Even though it rained these past few days, the hotel's shuttle service made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel's decor has a lot of traditional opera elements, and the cleanliness was exceptional. The butler service was also fantastic. I'll definitely come back for another stay when the weather is sunny!

They have a dedicated cloud concierge who registered my license plate in advance, so even though it was crowded during Chinese New Year, everything was very well organized. Check-in was quick. The Yunnan Bay hot spring was a lot of fun, and we could even set off fireworks at night. The room itself had a hot spring tub and was very spacious. Breakfast was also good. I'll definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!

The room was very spacious, with two 1.35m beds pushed together. Lying in bed, you could barely find the other person (hahaha). In the evening, I went to the indoor public hot spring, which had many massage jets and was very comfortable. It was a bit cold outside, so I didn't go. The next morning, I soaked in the hot spring on the room's balcony, basking in the sun – it was truly relaxing! However, the dining was quite average. Breakfast was a bit awkward; guests from another hot spring hotel also came to the Four Seasons Hotel's restaurant for breakfast. So, it was very crowded, with lots of elderly people and children, making it very noisy, and the food selection was limited and mediocre. The hot spring buffet dinner for 68 RMB per person was just standard. The hotel's butler service was quite good; they answered all questions and even gave a departure gift, which we enjoyed on our way home.

The butler service was very attentive, perfect for friends to relax or for families with kids and seniors looking for a peaceful getaway. There are many hot spring pools and plenty of facilities for children. The buffet is quite extensive, and overall it's a very quiet and comfortable place.

The service was really enthusiastic, and there was even a smart assistant for reminders. Great value for money. Definitely worth a second visit, and very family-friendly. Parking was convenient, with a garden amusement park right next door. Having a soaking tub in the room was a great touch.
