The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive; the boss should definitely give them a raise! The environment is great, perfect for a family trip. We'll definitely come back to Xitang next time, all thanks to their excellent service.

This hotel is quite good. There are many hotels in Xitang, mostly old-house guesthouses, and their quality varies. This one, however, is quite ideal. It has that tranquil, ancient charm of the old town, but the actual living experience is quite modern. We've stayed in many guesthouses before, and most weren't suitable for kids. But 'Lightyear Hotel' is perfect; the facilities, amenities, breakfast, etc., are all very thoughtful. The service from the hotel manager was also very dedicated, thumbs up!

They thoughtfully upgraded our room when they learned we were traveling with elderly family members and even prepared a beautiful fruit platter for a family member celebrating a birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel very warm and cared for. The hotel is also conveniently located, just over 100 meters from the heart of Xitang Ancient Town, making it a peaceful haven amidst the bustling area. We will definitely choose Guangnian again on our next trip to Xitang.
