New Century Grand Hotels in Jiaxing

Came to Jiaxing for a concert and found this Kaiyuan hotel beforehand. It's conveniently located, about a 10-minute drive from both Jiaxing Stadium and Jiaxing Station. There are also fresh meat siomai nearby on Xiexi Street. As a branded star-rated hotel, the environment was, of course, excellent. We received a complimentary upgrade to a lake-view room, which was very spacious with a wide view, allowing us to see both South Lake and Jiaxing Stadium. There are two shopping malls nearby, and it's easy to get anywhere in the city center by taxi. The hotel's bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was very good. The only minor issues were that the showerhead was a bit too high and the bathroom had an open-plan layout with a sliding door. We also received a complimentary fruit platter.

Stayed at the Expo Hotel for a music festival in Jiashan. The price didn't increase because of the festival, which was really decent of them – great value for money! It was also super close to the music festival venue. Even though the front desk was really busy when I checked in, Ms. Wang Wenyan Dai at reception was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even added me on WeChat for any questions, which was really helpful. Despite coming back late, the hotel stay was so comfortable that it just wiped away all my fatigue. I also got to see my favorite Jialun! This trip was really satisfying, and I even received a gift from the front desk when I checked out.
