Radisson Blu Hotel Jiaxing

The hotel is nestled in the historical Luxihui district, blending seamlessly with the ancient streets. Stepping out, you're greeted by picturesque waterside views. The hotel's decor is modern and stylish, yet comfortable, perfectly capturing the essence of Jiangnan. It's very convenient for self-driving with easy parking and is also pet-friendly, making it ideal for family trips. The bustling Yuehe historical district is just a 5-8 minute walk away. Even better was the service. When we arrived, we were unsure about the room type, but the staff patiently showed us several options until we found the perfect one. And since our child needed to attend online classes during the trip, the front desk even printed some materials for us free of charge after we communicated our needs. The service was absolutely fantastic. We stayed in a deluxe twin room with a balcony, and the three of us plus our dog felt very comfortable during our stay.

Pet-friendly with no extra charges! We brought our dog, and they can go everywhere except the breakfast area. The environment is lovely, and the room is actually more spacious than it looks in the pictures. There's even a small outdoor space. If you're bringing a pet, just remember to watch them when you open the door, as there's greenery outside that they could easily run into. The bathroom is very roomy and has a bathtub. The projector and smart toilet are great amenities. The location is excellent, and it's super easy to order takeout. The front desk is very responsive on WeChat! Plus, you can register your license plate for free parking. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is conveniently located with an underground parking garage! It's very easy to get to Yuehe Historical Street from here! The rooms are quite spacious and well-equipped, perfect for a vacation stay!

The service小姐姐 (a polite term for female staff) had a truly wonderful attitude. It definitely lives up to the Radisson Group's reputation; it's trustworthy.
