Boyin Select Hotel (Jiaxing Nanhu Yaohan Store)

This is my second stay here, and the overall environment is quiet, perfect for both work and rest. The room is clean and spacious, the Wi-Fi is stable, and the hot water supply in the bathroom is consistent. The front desk service is professional and efficient, making check-in and check-out quick. The facilities are comprehensive. The surrounding transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around for business. I had a great night's sleep and felt very comfortable during my business trip. I'll definitely be back for future trips.

It was okay. The soundproofing was a bit poor, probably because my room was on a lower floor. The cleaning staff were very nice. Everything in the room was from Ibis, which is good. There are shared bikes right downstairs, which is really convenient. I was very happy with the lighting in the room! It was perfect for photos.

The hotel has a good location and convenient parking. Facilities: The hotel's facilities still bear the hallmarks of its previous incarnation as an Ibis, with many signs of wear. The shower switch was broken, so I couldn't use the handheld showerhead. The transparent glass bathroom was inconvenient. Hygiene: The hotel's hygiene was acceptable. Environment: The overall impression was not good. Service: I booked a window room, but upon check-in, I was given a windowless room that had a strong odor. They are not trustworthy. Some of the breakfast dishes were cold.

Terrible. Absolutely awful. The hygiene was appalling, and the young woman at the front desk, who claimed to be the manager, had an incredibly bad attitude. Not only that, but she tried to force me to pay extra for the room, citing a music festival as the reason. Even though I had already paid, she demanded double the original price. I said I'd rather not stay, but she insisted that if I didn't, I'd still have to pay the price difference for the previous nights before she'd let me back in to get my luggage. In the end, I had to call the police (110) just to get my belongings and leave.

This price is really good! The breakfast selection was small, which is understandable given the low occupancy, but the staff were chatting the entire time and it felt like no one was in charge. However, the front desk service was excellent, and overall, it's great value for money!
