Nanhu Hotel

I came here once before the May Day holiday and had a fantastic experience. I returned at the end of May, and it was excellent again! This time, I got upgraded to an incredibly spacious room – absolutely amazing. The breakfast is still delicious; I just wish it extended until 10:30 AM, as I couldn't make it down for breakfast the next day. The hotel is perfect in terms of location, service, and facilities.

The hotel is massive. As soon as you step inside, the spacious and bright lobby immediately catches your eye, with its grand and elegant decor. The service truly lives up to its five-star rating; from the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and professional attitudes. They proactively helped us with our luggage and guided us through the check-in process, which was efficient and seamless. Room service was also excellent; just a call to customer service, and staff would arrive promptly with a friendly demeanor. I also have to mention the hotel's environment. The landscaping is outstanding, with lush trees providing ample shade. We could access the South Lake scenic area just by scanning our room key, which my parents particularly loved. They couldn't stop praising it, saying they felt very comfortable staying here. Overall, whether it's the size, service, or environment, Nanhu Hotel is definitely worth the price. I'll certainly bring my parents back again; each season should offer a different experience.

This is my second stay at Nanhu Hotel Jiaxing, and it's because my first experience was so positive. The hotel is located right by Nanhu Lake, offering both natural lake views and beautiful internal garden landscaping. Whether you're strolling through the grounds, enjoying a boat tour, or simply relaxing on your room's balcony with a cup of tea, it's perfectly relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel also boasts a wide variety of delicious food, making it suitable for all types of vacations. Highly recommended!

This hotel boasts an excellent location and stunning views, making it feel like you're practically living on Nanhu Lake, with direct access to it. However, the service attitude of most staff members leaves much to be desired, with the exception of the front desk, the black-uniformed staff guiding guests, and the staff at the Chinese restaurant during breakfast. Upon closer inspection, the room's cleanliness is only average, especially the bathroom. I checked in on a Saturday, and because the hotel parking is free, no matter what time I arrived, I always had to park in the spot furthest from the elevator.

The Nanhu Hotel has an excellent location; you can access Nanhu Lake directly with your room card. The hotel environment is superb, and the staff are very friendly. 👍 The breakfast offers a rich variety, and their homemade crab shell pastries are delicious. The only downside is that the bathroom in our room had a terrible smell. ✋

The room was spacious, bright, and clean. The fabric sofa was spotless, and the room layout was very well-designed with clear functional areas. The balcony seating was comfortable and clean, and there was even a clothes drying rack, which is a very thoughtful amenity. Sitting on the terrace enjoying the lake view was incredibly pleasant. The only downside was that the restaurant's breakfast service needs improvement.

Jiaxing Nanhu Hotel gives off the impression of a grand state guesthouse, with beautiful surroundings. It has ten buildings in total, numbered 1-11 (excluding 4). Buildings 1-7 are guest rooms, while 8-11 are for dining and conferences. As you walk through, you can feel the elegant grandeur of a state guesthouse. The hotel boasts a Chinese-style design, yet the bold red and green color blocks add a touch of modern flair. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful details, and the balcony design prioritizes privacy. The hotel opened in August 2021 and is located right next to Nanhu Lake, with two small card-access gates that lead directly to the Nanhu walking trail. The service at the hotel is exceptional; every staff member you encounter greets you with a smile and is ready to assist with any questions.

This was our baby's first trip, and after a lot of research, we chose Nanhu Hotel. The staff were all wonderful and had everything our baby needed ready. The food at the Chinese restaurant was delicious, and the waitress even gave our baby a toy car. The hotel environment is also excellent, perfect for taking a stroll with a stroller and letting the baby get some fresh air. Plus, there's a private gate that opens directly to the Nanhu Scenic Area with your room card. Highly recommend for families with babies!
