Had a great stay here! The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I'll definitely choose this place again next time! The service was warm, the environment was comfortable, and the facilities were complete, offering excellent value for money. The hygiene was top-notch, and everyone was so gentle and welcoming. I truly recommend it.

The family room for three was absolutely fantastic! The king-sized bed was generously spacious at 1.8m, and the smaller bed was also excellent at 1.35m. What's more, the beds were cleverly arranged with varying heights and distances between them, and they even provided a safety rail for the child, which shows incredible thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The hotel environment is great, parking is convenient, and it's super easy to find dining options and recreational activities nearby. Right opposite, there's a cluster of traditional Chinese garden architecture, with the classic white walls and dark roofs characteristic of Jiangnan style. Breakfast was plentiful, and both the indoor and outdoor dining areas were pleasant. And the service? Absolutely impeccable, couldn't ask for more!

I rarely review hotels, usually, I just make do. But this hotel seriously fleeces its customers! They've rented a few floors in a high-rise building and turned them into a hotel (sharing space with an esports hotel, no less), and they're charging over 660 yuan a night. The facilities are old and the hygiene is poor, and the breakfast selection is really limited... Doesn't the owner have a conscience? I also hope the platform properly verifies this! The pictures uploaded by the merchant are just renderings, so everyone, keep your eyes peeled.

Great! The room was spacious, and the bedding was very comfortable. They even provided two pillows, one soft and one firm. The location is super convenient for getting anywhere, and the service was good too. My only minor complaint is that parking spaces were limited and a bit tight.

Once I entered the room, I realized how considerate it was, especially for women. The vanity had so many amenities: makeup remover, facial cleanser, mousse, and even lingerie wash! These small touches alone made me feel very impressed. The hotel also prioritizes privacy; you can only access your own floor. There are robots to deliver food, and check-in was smooth and fast. The room even has a 'Xiao Du' smart speaker. The hotel also features a gym and laundry room. Upon departure, they even prepare some small, thoughtful gifts like hand cream, masks, and snacks as a souvenir. The location is excellent. Jiaxing doesn't have many tourist attractions, but this hotel is conveniently located for getting anywhere. It's perfect for a relaxing few days. There's also a nearby market with delicious food and a Freshippo supermarket. The positives are countless; I truly loved it. The hotel bed is incredibly soft and comfortable. The front desk staff are wonderful; they greeted us warmly every time we came and went. A special thank you to them – I bought a lot of snacks before heading to the station, and even though the driver didn't pull up to the hotel entrance, a staff member helped us carry our luggage to the car. I'm tired of saying 'thoughtful' and 'enthusiastic' because they truly embody it. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Jiaxing!
