Terrible experiences:
1. After midnight, our room electricity just went out, blacked out. A few other rooms on the same floor also experience the same thing. Informed the hotel staffs and waited 20 minutes, we went down to reception to ask for progress. No apologies and annoyingly told us to go back to our room and wait for the technician to go "buy electricity". Another 30 minutes passed, the technician came back and insisted that the electricity is working now when he clearly saw it's not working. He also lied that other rooms are already working when we all could see other rooms are also without electricity. After a lot of back and forth, we agreed to change our room, packed in the dark and moved at almost 2 AM.
2. The new room we moved to was very dusty but we couldn't care any more, just wanted to sleep and get out of this hotel the next morning. Slept at 2:30 AM.
3. It is very difficult to contact the hotel to arrange a free station pick-up. The hotel has no weixin/wechat that we can add and pre-arrange things. And we do not have local Chinese phone number for the hotel to inform the car license plate.
4. In the morning of the check out day, we want to arrange a free station drop-off in the evening same day. The hotel staffs said they cannot arrange as we didn't inform them one day in advance (They could have told us the day we checked in the day before).
Good points:
1. Breakfast was good variety.
2. Location is good. Walkable to food streets and supermarket.
