Phoenix Hotel

The room was very clean and the facilities were well-maintained, but the style felt a bit outdated and the design was impractical. Although the room itself was large, the toilet stall was so small you had to turn sideways to get in. The service was also lacking; aside from two 500ml bottles of water, no additional purified water was provided. This kind of service philosophy is hard to accept.

Came here for the Jiexi 10k race. The hotel offered free parking, and there was even breakfast waiting after the run~

The TV remote control was broken. I'd suggest replacing the shower head with a larger one, as the water flow was too slow and weak.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. Its prime location is perfect for both business and leisure travel. The riverside promenade nearby is great for an evening stroll or late-night snacks. For breakfast, there are plenty of options in the old streets nearby.

The room was clean and odor-free, and housekeeping was prompt.

I booked a double room. The room was clean, and the hygiene was acceptable. The view was amazing, and the breakfast was good. The front desk had a petite and lovely young lady who was very helpful. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again if I have the chance.

I stayed here for a night as a quick stopover off the highway. There were so many issues. The room door didn't seal properly, making it very noisy, especially with the mahjong room being incredibly loud. The bathroom lacked a wet/dry separation and didn't even provide a bath mat. Some lights in the room didn't have individual switches and had to be controlled by the main switch. The showerhead couldn't be fixed in place, so I had to hold it the entire time... sigh, just so unprofessional. A really bad experience.
