來棉湖住宿首選就是棉峯商務賓館，已經來入住多次了，賓館位置出入方便，停車也非常方便。房間乾淨衞生，服務也非常好，住得很舒心。

1.這個酒店環境極差，不僅地板臟 床單還有不知名污漬2.抽氣風扇臟，目測應該有幾年沒清理過了吧，開啟時還會有黑色小毛毛掉落在牀頭櫃和床單，不開的話房間很悶，根本睡不好覺
3.本人想打電話讓前台送一次性拖鞋，電話都沒有步驟指示如何找到前台，衹能自己打電話或者下樓前台
4.門口上缺失拉鍊，有位成熟女性未經本人同意連敲門都沒有就私自用門卡打開本人的房門，並把一次性拖鞋扔在沙發上，並用不耐煩的表情及語氣對我們説為什麼不接外賣員電話，最後還大力關門走人。不僅沒有該酒店人員該有的專業精神，安全防備也不足，更沒有做人的禮貌及修養！！！
總結一句話:以後永遠都不會再來這間所謂的連鎖酒店!

房間大還透氣，外面還有專門曬衣服的陽台，小沙發配小桌子再配上一套茶具，環境也挺好。而且還有免費的小水果供應。非常棒

好不容易來揭陽，晚上11點入住，停車要在早上八點之前開走，602房間沙發左下角有煙頭和瓜子😓，衞生間垃圾桶有水，整體衞生不乾淨，設備老舊，以上需要改善。半夜一點準備入睡被人開了兩次門，説開錯房間了，心臟病都快要犯了，可能這個價格衹能這個待遇，體驗非常糟糕。
