From check-in to check-out at the front desk, every employee smiled, patiently answered questions, and provided meticulous and thoughtful service. Introducing surrounding facilities makes people feel the warmth of family. The response speed is very fast: I called the front desk late at night to request additional items, and they were delivered to the room in less than 5 minutes; I needed the room cleaned in advance, and the staff coordinated and resolved it immediately, with full efficiency. The room is spotless, with no stains on the carpet, sofa, or bathroom corners, and the cups are sterilized, allowing you to use them with confidence.
