Staff is friendly and welcome with a warm towel and a cup of tea at the counter while waiting for my room registration to be processed. Room is clean and tidy. Prominent location where “didi” can identify for pick up easily. Overall a very good and clean hotel. Will stay again. Breakfast is good and adequate selections for me to start my day.

Reception staffs help a lot to find car to high-speed train station. Vey good service and attitude.

This is my second time staying here on a business trip. The cleanliness is OK, the location and parking are quite convenient, but the room is close to the road, so there is still a bit of noise from traffic.

The bed is wide, the hygiene is OK, the front desk service is very good and thoughtful, the hotel's surroundings are a bit bad, there is a farmer's market nearby, the room is not very soundproof, there are cars whizzing all night, affecting the quality of sleep

Because I had to wait for the room when I checked in, the guy at the front desk enthusiastically handed me a cup of tea and a hot towel, which was a little touching. The room aunt was kind, and the maintenance worker who was supposed to go home after get off work gave up his rest time to repair the curtains in the room. The breakfast was also quite rich! It is worth staying at Lavande again next time. Convenient parking and complete facilities!

The room was spacious, the front desk service was good, and they provided a list of various New Year performances during the Chinese New Year, and recommended local delicacies, which were good. The only downside was that when we went to the restaurant for breakfast at 9:30 the next day, it was a disaster. There was no place to sit, and we didn't have a single bite left. The hotel couldn't provide any new food either. I was speechless, and I've never seen such a grand occasion.

I am very satisfied with this hotel as a whole, including the hygiene and environment. The beef hotpot in the surrounding restaurants is also very good. The breakfast is also very rich.

The quality of Lavande Hotel is trustworthy. My family traveled during the Spring Festival. The hotel has a good location, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, and they also sent fruits. The bathroom is clean, but there is a small drawback: there is no small shelf installed in the shower room, so there is no place to put the facial cleanser and razor I brought with me.
