The room decor is stylish and even includes a study room with a small desk, which is perfect for handling business matters. The bathroom isn't huge, but its layout is well-designed and practical. Breakfast is served as a set menu with a good variety and delicious taste. The hotel's complimentary shuttle service is a thoughtful touch, taking guests directly to the heart of the commercial district, making getting around hassle-free. Overall, both the facilities and service are top-notch, exceeding expectations. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

The service was excellent, and the shuttle bus made getting to the hotel very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, the room was clean with a nice view, and it offered great value for money. My only minor complaint is that the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, which made it a little hard to get used to.

All in all, I was incredibly satisfied and will definitely choose to stay here again in the future. The scenic cable car is a must-do, the views from the mountaintop are absolutely stunning!

The double balconies directly face the mountains and lake, allowing you to wake up to stunning views of the green mountains and the lake. The scenic bathtub adds a fantastic touch to the ambiance. The facilities are comprehensive, including a gym, laundry room with dryers, and a coffee bar. Thoughtful details like humidifiers and a well-stocked minibar are also provided. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, promptly responding to any requests and offering helpful guidance throughout our stay. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. This hotel is perfectly suited for family vacations; the environment, service, and value for money are all top-notch. We'll definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Songhua Lake.

Our family stayed at the Yunlu Hotel in Songhua Lake for our summer vacation to escape the heat, and we were very satisfied overall. Since we were traveling with our furry friend and wanted to barbecue, we chose a courtyard suite. The space was generous, just like home, and it came with a refrigerator, perfect for keeping our barbecue ingredients fresh. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms with separate wet and dry areas, a thoughtful touch. Outside the window, we had views of the mountains and the lake, and walking around the lake in the mornings and evenings was incredibly pleasant. The staff were gentle and patient, check-in was quick, and they responded to our requests promptly. Being able to bring pets was a huge plus, and the courtyard room allowed our dog to run around freely. The whole family, including our furry child, could enjoy a vacation together. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended for family trips.

The service was great, and the bed was huge. The shuttle driver was also very nice. The only downside was that the bathroom was tiny; there was no space for my toiletry bag, and I kept bumping my right arm against the wall while washing up, which was really annoying.

The room was incredibly spacious, and the lovely lady at the front desk even upgraded our room for us, which was wonderful! The environment is very quiet, and all the facilities are excellent. They have a laundry room and are pet-friendly, with a special area for dog washing – it's fantastic!
