The reception upon entering was polite, and the check-in process was handled efficiently. They explained the check-out procedure and nearby convenient spots in detail. Even when serving multiple guests simultaneously, they remained calm and organized, never neglecting anyone. Their service was genuinely natural, without forced pleasantries. This kind of reliable and comfortable service left a deep impression.

This stay was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service from front desk staff, Che Chang and Mao Jing. It was quite cold outside when we arrived, but the check-in process was seamless and efficient, so we didn't have to wait long. They patiently and thoroughly explained all our questions about the park's transportation and facilities, and proactively shared important hotel information. Their service attitude was warm and professional, far from perfunctory. From the moment we walked in, we felt a sense of comfort that significantly relieved our travel fatigue. We are extremely satisfied.

I felt this was more like a guesthouse than a hotel. There were some minor issues during check-in, but the staff were proactive in resolving them. This was likely due to the large number of visitors during the October 1st holiday period and limited staff, leading to insufficient reception capacity, and the massive influx of guests impacting the management and service system. I hope the tourism industry in our great Northeast continues to thrive; I also hope Songhua Lake can stand out and rival Aranya, becoming a top-tier tourism complex in the Northeast.

The room was great, a good hotel for a trip. The room type and facilities were excellent, making for a very convenient and comfortable stay. The surrounding area is also very nice. I would recommend staying here.

The room has a balcony, and the bedding is very comfortable. Every cleaning lady I met was very polite. However, the Wi-Fi signal is very poor, the shower water pressure is very low, and there is no refrigerator in the room.

Great stay! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The whole hotel was excellent. They even brought complimentary fruit in the afternoon, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. My only minor complaint was that it was a holiday, so it was a bit crowded during breakfast and we had to queue for food as there weren't enough seats. The overall environment was lovely, and it's very close to the cable car. The soundproofing could be a little better, though.

The hotel is ideally located in the China Travel Songhua Lake tourist area, with a pleasant surrounding environment. Perhaps due to holiday crowds, the service could be more refined and comprehensive to provide guests with an even better experience.
