The room is spacious and clean, and the lobby is beautiful and grand. It's fully equipped with all sorts of facilities. Within walking distance, there's a riverside and plenty of food options. The lobby even has a small shop selling shaved ice bean buns and Jilin fried noodles, which is fantastic and very convenient. The breakfast is incredibly rich, with healthy options like pumpkin, sweet potato, corn, 4-5 types of porridge, various Western pastries, fried foods, noodles, Harbin red sausage, and more... We stayed for two days and still couldn't try everything. The service is exceptionally good, and breakfast is served until 9:30 AM. The lady at the front desk on duty on the morning of February 3rd provided particularly friendly and professional service, which is commendable! Definitely worth staying here!

Overall, Ramada by Wyndham Jilin City is a good hotel. As a Wyndham Rewards member, I was pleased to earn a qualifying night for my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The complimentary in-house hot spring bath facilities are a highlight, perfect for relaxation. However, the hotel's amenities do show their age and are a bit dated. If you're looking for a top-tier hot spring experience, there are better and more modern public bathhouses available locally. The hotel offers decent value for money, making it suitable for budget-conscious travelers.

The building and decor have a bit of a dated feel, and underground parking isn't very plentiful, but you can park above ground.

The parking lot is huge, the bedding in the room is comfortable, facilities are complete, and it's very clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the bathroom facilities were also great. The room rate wasn't expensive either; it's just that the staff weren't very enthusiastic.

The hotel is luxurious. The room was absolutely amazing, and the hotel breakfast was delicious. On my last morning, I accidentally left my backpack behind while rushing for the train. I'm so grateful to the front desk staff for calling to remind me. I was able to go back and retrieve my luggage. I will definitely be back again.

However, as someone on a business trip, waking up to find a bug like that – especially for someone like me who is completely disgusted by multi-legged insects – was an absolute nightmare! I immediately informed the front desk, and they took care of it. But at check-out, it was as if the incident never happened; everyone ignored it, and no one even bothered to ask about it, which was very disappointing. For an older hotel that's now part of the Wyndham group, it shouldn't just be a branding exercise. The sense of responsibility expected from a major hotel chain needs to be conveyed to the local team as well.

On a business trip to Jilin, this was my first time staying at a Ramada, and I thought it was pretty good. From check-in to the room, and even at breakfast the next morning, the staff were all very polite and greeted me. The breakfast really impressed me; it was quite rich and definitely worth the money. I'll come back again in the future.
