Park inn hotel Jilin People's Square Beishan Park

This hotel definitely deserves a five-star review! It's the best service I've ever experienced in all the hotels I've stayed at for marathons. 1. They provided an extra 'cheer-up' kit (snacks and slippers). 2. On race day, they offered an additional bus service to the inspection point. 3. The location is superb, right at the start and finish line of the marathon. It's also very close to People's Square, the museum, Beishan Park, and the riverside. 4. The room was very clean and tidy. 5. It's great value for money; I booked early, so the price was excellent. 6. They offered a late check-out until 3 PM. 7. Breakfast started early at 4:30 AM, which was very convenient for us participants. Overall, it was fantastic!

I had the opportunity to stay at the Libai Hotel for seven consecutive nights this time, and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is right next to Beishan Park, and there's a bus stop just across the street, making transportation very convenient. There are also plenty of great food options nearby. It's close to other attractions, and taxi fares aren't expensive. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent. Although the hotel isn't large, the attention to detail is impressive. For instance, the lobby lounge area offers various teas and a bulletin board that quickly introduces you to the different attractions in Jilin City. If there was an issue in the room, the staff promptly came to help resolve it. In short, guests feel very comfortable staying here. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance. Too bad I didn't take many photos, just a few of the breakfast! 😁😁😁

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The location is excellent, right across from Beishan Park, which makes getting around for sightseeing incredibly convenient. Plus, the lobby really does offer unlimited ice cream. The breakfast tasted good and had a wide variety of options. All in all, it was a great stay.

This is our second stay here! The location is superb, making it easy to get anywhere. The ambiance is charming and chic! It's clean and tidy, and the shower is the best I've experienced in any hotel! The room was tidy and clean, with good facilities. However, the washing machine in the laundry room was out of order on the evening of April 6th, and the staff on duty didn't address the issue promptly. They just brushed it off, saying 'that's just how the machine is,' and told me to keep waiting, even though I had an early morning departure. The service was very unsatisfactory.

Garbage hotel, no idea how it even made it into the top five. **Service:** All four front desk staff seemed completely clueless, acting as if I owed them money. I'd specifically requested a non-smoking room in advance, but they didn't even bother to reserve one. When I tried to sort out switching to a non-smoking room or getting an upgrade as compensation, and having my luggage sent to the new room, none of it happened. **Environment:** Don't stay here, it's incredibly noisy. There were people making a racket with gongs and drums in the morning. **Facilities:** The bathroom was particularly ugly. Overall, it was a truly terrible experience. My trip to Jilin was great for sightseeing and food, but this hotel was an absolute headache and ruined the whole journey.
