Holiday Inn Express Jinan Quancheng Square by IHG

Five-star review! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was spacious and bright, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. Fiona at the front desk was friendly and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is excellent! Its location is fantastic, very close to most attractions. The rooms are great and clean, and the suite was spacious and quiet. The front desk staff were also very attentive and responsible. I had put clothes in the dryer but had to leave, and since it was self-service laundry, I asked if someone could help me. A special thanks to Ms. Miana for helping me put the dried clothes outside my door. The breakfast was also a buffet, with both Chinese and Western options, and it was delicious. Overall, my stay was very comfortable.

Very satisfied with my choice of hotel. It's new, has a great environment, and is clean and hygienic. My parents and I were traveling, and we were all very pleased.

The hotel has a great location, convenient parking, clean rooms, and a wide variety of breakfast options. The gym and laundry facilities are also fully equipped. During check-in, a lovely young lady named Luan from the front desk invited us to participate in the hotel's handicraft event for the Mid-Autumn Festival. However, our plans changed, and we had to leave Jinan earlier than expected. When Luan found out, she gave my girlfriend and me a handmade sample crafted by the hotel itself. The outside was hand-painted, and the inside contained coffee grounds. This hotel does an excellent job with environmental protection!

Newly opened. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with no unpleasant odors. The front desk staff are warm and provide excellent service. Their breakfast is really good, and the service staff there are diligent and have a great attitude. The general manager is attentive and responsible, proactively asking guests about their stay and helping them with any issues. It would be even better if there was an extra place to hang towels in the bathroom.

Luna's service was attentive and thoughtful; she greeted us warmly upon arrival. The other staff members were also friendly and polite, making for a great stay. The hotel itself has a beautiful environment and is very close to the scenic spots. Breakfast was delicious, and the gym and laundry room were well-equipped. Parking was also convenient. It's definitely our top choice for future visits!

I participated in the hotel's Mid-Autumn Festival DIY craft activity, which involved recycling coffee grounds. We drew our favorite patterns on plain burlap bags, filled them with coffee grounds to remove odors, and can place them in corners at home or in the car. Many thanks to the lovely Luna for guiding us through the activity. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Not only is its location excellent, but the rooms are clean, and the staff greet you warmly and even offer to help with luggage. Parking is convenient at the entrance, and the room facilities are comprehensive. If I have the chance to visit Jinan again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel.

The service attitude at this hotel is excellent, and the staff are very professional. The room was spotlessly clean, and the decor was cozy and comfortable. It's very convenient. The hotel's location is also very good, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The environment is excellent, the air conditioning works powerfully, and the bed is super soft and comfortable! Luna, one of the staff members, was enthusiastic and friendly, always resolving issues promptly, and provided top-notch service. The hotel even called in advance to inform us about the renovation of the neighboring hotel and its schedule, and thoughtfully shared information about nearby attractions. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up!

The location is excellent. It's close to Hang Lung Plaza (for dining and shopping), and also near Black Tiger Spring (I personally prefer Black Tiger Spring – it's not too crowded, and if you walk down, you'll see several spring eyes, which is very pleasant). It's also close to Qushuiting Street (it seems many cities have places like this), and not far from Baotu Spring. The location is truly outstanding. Being a new hotel, the facilities are perfectly fine, although the room is a bit small. It has a rain shower, which is a plus. Service is also quite good. A special shout-out must go to the gentleman at the noodle station in the breakfast area. He is absolutely warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly to every customer. The boss should give him a bonus!
