I traveled to Jinan with my family this time. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to nearby attractions and shopping malls. The front desk staff, Gavin, was patient and meticulous, arranging rooms on the same floor for us, which was very convenient and offered a great view. Upon learning it was our birthday, he enthusiastically prepared a cake and birthday noodles, and even asked for our preferred delivery time. The executive lounge service was also excellent, with a rich selection of food and drinks.

Great location and, as always, the hotel is grand. The overall service was alright, but during check-in, I kept running into other guests cutting in to ask questions, which disrupted the service a bit! It would be so simple to just have an information desk or a lobby manager where people could get their questions answered. I’ve seen similar situations in other cities, and it just cheapens the overall experience. Details like this really reflect the overall service standard. They said they upgraded my room to one with a better view, which was a slight improvement over what I originally booked, but without a direct comparison, I can't really tell the true difference. It lacks the grandiosity of other luxury hotels, and the perks are pretty stingy. It's really just a big name.

Booked this hotel for my parents' trip. The service was excellent, very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was especially delicious and had a great variety. The location is fantastic, directly opposite Quancheng Square and near attractions like Baotu Spring.

The location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to Quancheng Square, and all the major attractions are within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was super comfortable, and the night view was amazing. The service was thoughtful and attentive; as soon as I arrived in Jinan, a hotel staff member added me on WeChat to coordinate services. My stay was a perfect experience.

Overall, a very pleasant stay! Mindy from Guest Relations reached out beforehand to inquire about my room preferences and helped arrange everything, also explaining the executive club benefits. The location is excellent; just across Quancheng Square is Henglong Plaza (very convenient for dining and shopping), and it's close to other attractions. Parking is easy and plentiful. The stay was quite comfortable. I accidentally left a small bag at the hotel when I checked out, but thankfully, after contacting Zora at the service center, it was quickly found and mailed back to me. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The hotel room decor is a bit dated, but the service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. The fruit is very fresh, and the local specialty tea soup is really good. The chef even made us Eggs Benedict specially!

Honestly, the service at this Shangri-La in Jinan is so much better than the one in Jing'an, Shanghai! It was quite busy over the weekend, so when I arrived a bit early, there were no rooms available and I had to wait for it to be cleaned. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the mini wontons were delicious.

This is an established five-star hotel, so naturally the service is impeccable. The location is excellent, directly across from Quancheng Square, and just a few hundred meters' walk from the East Gate of Baotu Spring. It's also very close to the flagship store of Kuaishengju, a famous old brand restaurant in Jinan.

Shangri-La is one of my favorite hotels, and its location is excellent. Attractions like Baotu Spring are right nearby, and there's a shopping mall across the street and Daming Lake, making sightseeing very convenient. My stay happened to coincide with my birthday, and the hotel proactively arranged gifts, flowers, a cake, and a birthday light board. It made me feel so warm, and their reputation is truly well-deserved! 👍
